Excellent host

The breakfast was more than adequate

To have been met at the property as we arrived late and could not get into the building as the instructions Aldo sent me didn't reach my phone. The messages should have been sent earlier to prevent this confusion. However Aldo did his best to rectify things and we had a pleasant stay. As they say ' all is well that ends well'

Lovely staff!

Staff were lovely! The lady at the breakfasts and who does the cleaning was so wonderful. Aldo was very accommodating and even upgraded our room to a bigger one. Location was close to Train Station and walking distance to main attractions. Suite was spacious and cleaned daily; nice shower! Breakfasts were nice with croissants, hard boiled eggs, cereals, cakes, coffees, meats, toasts, jams, fresh squeezed orange juice.

The gas was empty in the suite, so we couldn't use the stove. Although the location is convenient and we were told it was safe, I would caution travellers to just be mindful when walking through to the main areas and consider doing your site-seeing during the day so you don't walk around there at night. Could use second pillows on the bed. Vinegar smell on towels?

Most nice and friendly staff and owner on our 2 weeks trip. Easy and straightforward although we only arrived around midnight.

Has nothing to do with the bnb but the district is not the nicest even for Italian standards it's quite messy outside.

The whole experience at B&B City Center was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. Aldo and all his staff services were exceptional with a big touch of service from the heart. We would definitely recommend staying at this property in fact we want to come and visit again in the future.

Bright and clean property located in a super central area of Naples, the main train station was only 5 mins far from it.

the staff were super nice and amazing, the location was in the center and close to everywhere you want to go in naples, also the thing was that because we used train to go to other cities as well it was a good point for us to be close to the main train station. the staff were suppppppeer nice and helpful i really enjoyed there and liked there

I would definitely recommend this B&B

the location is amazing, very convenient and a walking distance, even with baggage, from the train/bus station. Also, it is very close to the city’s main attractions. The staff will make sure you feel at home.

Great for stay near the central station

-Location near to central station, -VERY kind hosts (including the lady serving breakfasts!) - we could leave our luggage after the check-out, also we were kindly offered to have some refreshments when we came back to take the luggage, even got some help with the luggage down the stairs (although there is also elevator), thank you - that was very kind:) - spacious apartment, - breakfast - very easy check-in/check-out process

Best place we stayed in Italy!!!

The beds are super comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen where you can prepare yourself something to eat if necessary and a small fridge. The AC works perfectly fine. Location is very close to train station and lots of shops and supermarkets . Aldo is an excellent host he goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. He sets a great breakfast included in the reservation and has great coffee most of the day for free. Also helps you with planning of the sites nearby as well as recommending restaurants . His staff is also very nice and helpful For us it was the best place we stayed in Italy .

Superb

We actually didn’t plan to stay in Naples, but our flight was delayed so we have to find a place to stay. We found this place at 11:45pm. The check in is usually up to 00:00am, but the host was very pleasant so he waited for us until 1am. :) Room was great and breakfast was fine.
