Location is not bad. 200m to central area.
1 thing I really hate about this hotel/service apartment is the shower in the bath tub is really really bad and annoying, the shower is not easily look in one place, it swing and spray everywhere, the bathtub is really slippery and the drainage is really slow drained, the shower facility I rate minus 5 stars.

The hotel is accessible by a 20 minutes walk from the nearest metro station or one hour from Busan Central station. Views from the room located at the upper floor were so pleasant in particular through the nightly and morning fog. The room was very clean and furnishing was very comfortable. Location of the hotel allows to easily visit the Gwangalli beach as well as other Haeundae beach eastward.

The hotel was located next to the beach so we got a really nice room with the beach view. We also had a room with a huge balcony so it was really nice. Very clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us.

The location to Gwangalli beach is really great, really nice views of the water and bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful!
I didn't expect my room to have a traditional Korean bed, so for myself, it wasn't an ideal sleeping situation; however, the staff were helpful in accommodating my needs.

We booked a double room with outdoor terrace and sun loungers, which had great views over the beach and also the drone show. The bed was very comfortable. Good aircon. A good breakfast was available which could be eaten in the bar or outside on the communal terrace - again, great views of the beach from here, and also views of the bridge and further round the corner towards Millak harbour. Reception staff kindly ordered taxis for us when we needed them. Our toilet was blocked on arrival, but this was quickly rectified when we reported it.
Room space far too small. No bedside table one side of bed - instead, the space was taken by a HUGE full-size fridge (much larger than needed just to store water, milk and a few snacks). Nowhere to store clothes properly (just a rail with 2 coat-hangers). We did get more coat-hangers when we requested them - but there wasn't enough hanging space to enable us to empty all of the clothes from our suitcases. So we had to live out of our suitcases - these had to be stored at the foot of the bed, which made it difficult to walk around the bed! Hanging knobs on the room door and bathroom door would have allowed us to hang up our jackets, bags and bath robes. Wall shelving in the bathroom for toiletries etc would also be useful. (We found the same lack of storage and hanging space in another hotel we stayed in in Korea, so maybe it's a fairly common problem in many hotels in Korea?) The hotel is on the 12th floor and the 2 lifts that serve it are shared with many restaurants, a bowling alley, library etc on the floors below - they are therefore very busy and at times there is a long wait (mostly at weekends). The hotel was some walking distance from Gwangan metro station - this wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for some with less mobility. The communal terrace and adjoining bar could be put to far better use - it's a wasted space at the moment as the bar doesn't open until around 6pm/6.30pm, so it was used very little and there was very little atmosphere. Such a shame, as we booked this hotel expecting the bar to be open during the day so that we could have snacks and drinks there relaxing on the terrace in the afternoons. All in all, we did enjoy our stay - but the room layout and lack of hanging/storage space made life difficult for us as we were there for a wedding and needed to unpack properly. Some storage space and redesign of the room configuration is needed

Spacey and comfortable room with a beautiful view on the beach. Walking distances to multiple restaurants and bars. Good value for the money.
One of the reasons for choosing the hotel was the roof top bar with ocean view - which we learned upon arrival - is always closed on Monday and Tuesday, the two days we were staying. That was disappointing

We liked only ocean view from our window. That is all about the property.
We could stay better hotel with the same price. We saw many dust on the furniture.they offered free vine ticket for welcoming but we can not drink alcohol. They did not have other drink option.
There are two hotels with same name so visitors cant find the hotel and car parking . In front of hotel we spend one hour to find hotel parking entrance. Hotel name was not written on the building propery.

Beautiful view of the beach, the lobby balcony also had prime views of both beach and bridge.
Parking is chaotic and difficult, clarify beforehand exactly where to park. It's a communal carpark for the whole building so it gets especially difficult during dinnertime due to the many restaurants in the same building. The carpark staff who directs you where to park if they need to valet the car into the mechanical car storage unit is likely to be difficult to liaise with if you don't speak Korean.
The room's bidet wasn't working and water and towels weren't replaced during the stay.
They had welcome drink vouchers which we decided to use the next day as we went out on the first night, and when we tried to use it on the Monday they informed us the bar was closed. I asked if we could get anything else instead and they gave us cups of orange juice.

Location was pretty good, hotel has 2 parts in 2 different buildings. Terras was nice and the staff helped to the best of their abilities though their English seemed limited. Surprisingly quiet on the 12th floor , no noise from neighbours or similar. Bedding was clean, check in and check out was fast. Views from the room were great and you have acces to a common balcony that looks out on the bridge with even more stunning views.
It wasn’t very clean, a lot of womens hair everywhere. None of the corners on the stairs or bathroom or doors were cleaned so lots of dust and grime had accumulated there. Windows had not been cleaned for a bit either I think. Maybe if they put another extra 30-60 min into the room it would’ve been perfect. Also maybe a thicker blanket would be nice for colder weather, there was a heating pad underneath the bed though which was nice.

The ambience, the perfect view and the helpful staff.
They only provided us with 1 big bath towel considering we were a couple. When they made up our room and provided a new set of towels, they still gave 1 bath towel only. Some of the towels were a little dirty as well.

Unbeatable views from the balcony. Perfect for watching the sunset and the drone show. Decent buffet breakfast where you can really fill up. Welcome glass of bubbly in the rooftop bar.
Room was a little small, and the metal headboard was uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants, including within the hotel building. The view of the bridge each evening was superb, and you can watch the boats, light show & fireworks from the window.
The wait for the lifts was extraordinary, which I got used to. It has to stop at almost every floor due to each floor having either an attraction, or restaurant frequented by diners. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a refurbishment, but the rooms are clean enough for a short stay.

The location was amazing! Oceanside view is wonderful
The wifi didn’t work

The property is Busan beach perfection. It is located on the corner of Gwangalli Beach with absolutely perfect views of the bridge and beach. It is out of any congestion yet still just steps to get to the beach. The staff went above and beyond. It was clean and wonderful. Like virtually all rooms in South Korea, we needed an extra bed to accommodate our family of four. It was added to our room and very comfortable.
Nothing.

Location and views, that's all. And this you can have at dozens of other locations in Busan for free, rather than paying an overpriced hotel at Gwangalli Beach. There is a cool bar at the top (12th) floor of the same building, with amazing views, that you can anyway visit without having to stay at this hotel. So, save your money.
Empty reception desk at check-in. Waiting time was at least 10 minutes.
Toilet got clogged after first usage.
Shower head fell off at first usage.
Towels missing at first entry.
Room walls were very dirty.
Furniture very old and smelly.
Sleeping pillows were very soft and uncomfortable.
Room had no space to even open our suitcases, we had to open them on the bed.
Not a single wardrobe to leave belongings.
No power plugs in the bathroom, so if you plan to use a cable shaver or hairdryer-forget it.
The reality of this accommodation and the representation on pictures are two separate Worlds. The room seemed like it has never gone even through a regular maintenance. Zero charm. Even though the main selling point are the views, you will find the windows dirty and blurry. If you plan to book this place for a 'good views' picture-forget it. Another problem are the 3 elevators. They are slow and waiting time is long, especially in the evening when everyone is trying to reach the restaurants at the other floors.
Poor English skills of reception desk staff, so, reporting any of these issues was a nightmare to begin with.

The view is great and it's a shame to offer such a poor customer experience. This was the only positive point to me.
No indication to find the hotel from outside. Checkin at 4.00 pm is very late. Breakfast is very light but the worse is the noise from others' room smashing until 2.00 am and noise isolation which is very bad.

Amazing view. Breakfast was exceptional! Great selection of wine.
The floor, curtains and duvet were dirty. The terrace, sheets and covers and towels were clean. there were some stain or mold at the bathtub, so we didn’t get to have a bath. You have to wait forever to access due to the limited number of lift.
It was very hard to have a shower in a bath without any sort of shield.
