Sehr schönes Hotel in guter und zentraler Lage

Sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage: großes Zimmer, bequemes, eher weiches, sehr großes Bett, 3 Kissen zur Auswahl; geräumiges Bad mit Shampoo, Lotion, etc. aus Spendern an der Wand; Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen (bei uns im Seminarraum)

Sehr teueres Frühstück (daher waren wir bei der Bar direkt gegenüber; gibt auch mehrere Bäcker). Zimmer zur Straße sind aufgrund der zentralen Lage laut, sobald man ein Fenster öffnet; leider helfen die Fenster kaum gegen den Lärm der Straßenreinigung, die recht gründlich auf und ab fährt.

La atención del personal fue FANTÁSTICA. Te ayudan con información turística, con logística….. incluso hasta me ayudaron a mover una de las maletas!!!! De verdad que merecen 100/100

Los alrededores del lugar son un poco sucio y hay muchos mendigos pero el hotel vale la pena y su cercanía a metro y tren es perfecta

O café da manhã é sensacional, a localização não é muito boa e também foi ruim não ter estacionamento e nem local para parar na frente do hotel para descer!

Só não gostamos do cheiro da água da pia do banheiro e de não ter estacionamento.

Cama súper cómoda y habitación muy grande.

En la habitación hacía bastante frío y el aire no se podía regular por encima de los 22C° y en ningún caso alcanzó esa temperatura.

The guy at the reception was great, giving us advice on where to go, he was really nice and welcoming, even greeting us in polish language, I am sorry, I did not ask his name:).

Great location, great value for money

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, walking distance to most places. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Drains were clogged and cupboard door was damaged. But both issues were rectified very quickly

Exceptional staff, fantastic location!

The staff were amazing, Sarra made our stay so special we’re so grateful to her for recommending a few good restaurants/Boulangeries. We were given an upgrade on arrival as we were there for a celebratory weekend and the effort gone into it was perfect.

Nothing! The mattress was a little hard for my taste and we could hear noises from the next room as if they were in our room. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Location is soo good. We met with Turkish guy in reception.He is so kind, gentle and cheerfull.

The hotel is nice but not excellent. price was so high, we expected more luxury but the hotel normal good.

Beautiful, comfortable room with lovely French doors leading onto Juliet Balcony with partial sea view. Excellent (continental) breakfast with plentiful choice of fresh and dried fruit, nuts, breads and cakes e.t.c. Kind, helpful staff. Free bottles of water on arrival.

Noise which could be heard from outside at night. Free bottles of water not replenished each day - a much welcome touch when paying a substantial amount for a hotel.
