Compared to my last time staying here this time it’s a bit frustrated because of the room look old and not properly main

It’s a big room and strategic location.Staff were friendly and helpful

The room 427 that I get this time a bit messy.paint was dented and I even the hotel staff had to assist me whenever I wanted to enter the room because the door key sensor doesn’t works well

Good then need to improve bab bring outside food

Bilik besarr. Kami pilih room ada bathtub. And all my friends pon bilik jenis yang sama. So mereka bole relax dalam bathtub

Tak best sebab tak bole bawak masuk outside food. Kami malam malam lapaaarr. Kitchen da close.

Location on the city center

Poor condition… carpet in hallway and room are very dirty. Water heater uncontrollable. Water pressure inconsistent. Shower screen made for kid size i guess. WC area very tight. Wallpaper peal off everywhere. Got big pillar in the room for you to dance with. Dusty. Wiring exposed probably they looping it as shortcut to have 13A plug point for light. Breakfast so so.

1. Ada TIANG BESAR di tengah2 bilik. Mengganggu 2. Cadar ada kesan period 3. Bantal kusyen busuk. Bau badan org sebelum ni 4. Banyak rambut di dalam bilik dan bilik air 5. Ada berus gigi org sebelum ni tak si buang kt tepi sinki

Magnificent!

The room is spacious with exactly the amenities like iron and iron board that I was expecting. The front staffs and receptionists were also very helpful and attended to my family's needs

The bathroom - there was a small drainage issue that the water takes some time to go through the drain. So when we shower it seemed like the bathroom was flooded.

Overall this hotel needs to improve on their door card system n speed when checkin.

Location in town n near places to visit. Breakfast egg statipm was excellent m the staff is very attentive. Coffeehouse provided good service. Room is comfy.

The hotel room dooe via card is terrible. Slow to detact card n take along time to open. My friends room toon- they had ro change the door battery. The shower water flow is sometimes too hot.. too cold n the water pressure is slow. Room interior can be upgraded. Room shower gel n shampoo had to request for replenishment.

Very good

The room is spacious and clean, but can improve on the wallpaper that starting to tear down. The bed is comfy and provided lots of pillows. Lots of parking spaces.

The wifi is too slow. Please upgrade.

Best Comfy Hotel

Spacious room with the view of Alor setar tower. I am a light sleeper, very quiet room, a bonus to me. Good air conditioner, comfortable bed, best blanket, best towel, best toiletries set, best complimentary snacks and drinks, best lighting. Overall, 4.8/5.

I reached around 6:30 pm. During ramdhan and around iftar,i was told that i could not order the room service. Room service will only be available after 9 pm. Also, the hotel has rules, whereby you could not bring outside food or will be fine/penalty. Unfortunately, i forgot to correct the staff when i was given a breakfast voucher. I missed the part where my voucher is stamp for sahur (3am-5.30am) and not for regular breakfast hour. The staff assume i will be fasting on that day.

Overall everything is great..

The location was good...many food stalls near by..the bed was comfy..able to have good sleep after a long day..staffs are helpful and friendly..

It would be better to have a hairdryer in each room..
