Brilliant cosy stay. Great breakfast. Brilliant staff. Loved it.

Got the Billy Bunter room which is a single. Great comfy bed quite generous for a single. Room was spotless, everything there coffee tea shoer gel hairdryer etc.. I'd love to come here in warmer weather. Its in a lovely place near to Bradford marina and a pub/restaurant. The room had an annexe with a heater and extra space....with a fridge. I'll have to come back in spring with the wife.

A charming stay

The room was all that was promised when we booked. Very clean and warm enough. The staff was very friendly. The location pretty nice, it sure will be better in warmer months as it has a fantastic yard that one can exploit. Breakfast was a nice surprise and an additional bonus.

The room we stayed seemed to be part of a bigger and interconnected room There was a not very solid door separating it from the next room and hence a lack of privacy feeling as there were people in the next room as well.

Nice comfortable property close to Silverstone

Very peaceful property with a very helpful and friendly manager. Great location for attended an event at Silverstone. Good safe parking for our Classic cars

Ideal location or the BoA/Bath?Bristol area and a most welcoming venue.

Reception, welcome excellent, friendly, helpful, relaxed. The Wardrobe barn room was very comfortable, clean, warm. Amazing bathroom with a wonderful shower. Breakfast? whoa, could have 2. In spring, summer time the reception area would be perfect. Great location for walks on the Kennet/Avon and easy access to BoA and Bath

It is not a 'didn't like'. The common kitchen room could be better signed (unless I missed it), not a problem but useful in spring/summer time. Access to Bath advise about Park & Ride Odd Down

Fabulous place to stay

Excellent - from the lovely welcome when we arrived, until we left. Would like to go back in the summer as it's set in such beautiful surroundings.

Lovely place, helpful staff. Great location - short walk into Bradford on Avon

Comfortable rooms, well setup with everything you need. Access to a communal kitchen was very useful.

Being a pet friendly venue - there was a dog barking at times during the night. But that happens in any neighbourhood I suppose

Wonderful place to stay, wish I’d been there longer!

Room was exceptional, everything was spotless and breakfast was great. Loved the “outside” covered lounge attached to the room. Lovely grounds also. A real gem of a place.

Can’t think of anything except perhaps a bigger fan in the room for those hot summer nights.

Had a lovely peaceful couple of nights here, room was excellent, clean, tidy and well equipped. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent information of the local area, with walks and places to visit etc

Great welcome and general service from Dick and team. Fantastic choice at breakfast. Comfortable room. Excellent location to walk along the canal into BoA and all its sights and restaurants

Great and unusual place to stay

A really great find. I cannot fault anything. I was on bike tour and the Barn had evrything you could want from secure lock up to bike wash. Breakfast was really good, freshly cooked and plenty of it. Need to find an excuse to visit again!

Spotlessly clean, lovely host with great facilities. The breakfast was outstanding!

Excellent attention to detail, spare pillows and a small fridge. The veranda and seating with privacy screen outside every room was a lovely idea. The gated entry made you feel very safe and secure. The gazebos in the grounds was another lovely touch!

Ideal for a getaway from normal day to day life Quaint quiet and relaxing place to stay your rooms are named after Enid blyton books ands it’s novel idea comfy beds clean and tidy with tea coffee etc in room worth the long journey

Great place to stay. Would love to come back with a group of friends and explore the countryside.

Lovely welcome when we arrived with some excellent first aid assistance! Very comfy bed and so quiet. Woke up early as room was very light but was not a problem for us. Good strong shower. Great use of space and everything we needed was there. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and good quality ingredients.
