Booking una mala aplicación

Que estaba bien calefacciones la habitación

El desayuno fue pobre y tarde, la habitación no tiene ropero o estante para las ropa, tampoco frazadas, había un pelo de mujer en la cama, el estacionamiento está alejado de las habitaciones, había escarcha, me fui el día antes para llegar temprano y llegue atrasado por esto.....el precio publicado y el precio pagado fue mayor, booking debería publicar el precio total y no publicar un precio y después tener que pagar otro mayor ,...yo reserve por $67.000 y tuve que pagar $81.000...así que nunca más voy a hacer alguna reserva por este medio

Buen lugar calidad precio con buena ubicación

El complejo es bonito pero le falta mucho mantenimiento. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

La limpieza en general, el hottub no se veía bien, a la piscina también le faltaba limpieza. Uno de los juegos de los niños estaba roto ahí al lado. El lugar tiene muchísimo potencial que podrían mejorarlo tremendamente para sacarle todo su potencial.

Tranquila noche en Temuco

Habitación de estilo rústico muy bien logrado, acogedora. Cama cómoda. Espacios silenciosos lo que hacen grato el descanso. Ubicación alejada del centro pero muy accesible vehicularmente. Amable el personal de servicio.

El cobro final fue diferente al publicado al momento de reservar. Podría indicar los cargos por impuestos, para no tener sorpresas. Pero dentro de todo bien.

La cocina habilitada para uno poder preparar su propia comida, el ambiente familiar, la comodidad de las habitaciones, la cordialidad del personal

Se cae en la tinaja y desayuno

Las instalaciones muy lindas, cama cómoda.

El desayuno muy básico. Hasta a mi marido lo decepcionó y eso que él nunca reclama por nada. Éramos 4 y nos pasaron muy poco jamón y queso, menos de 1 lámina por persona. 2 queques envasados, tipo magdalena chiquitita. Nada de jugo natural, nada elaborado la verdad. Lo único a rescatar es que hacen huevos revueltos. Y la tinaja... se usa 1 hora por cada pasajero. Uno tras otro. Cuando nos metimos, el agua estaba sucia, con varios pelos... La verdad yo preferiría que se reservara para 1 sola familia por tarde-noche para cuidar la limpieza de ésta.

Un lugar increíble cerca de la ciudad, tanto como piscina y tinaja… con áreas verdes y harto árbol nativo. Sirve ene para ir a relajarse, tomar sol, bañarse y más

El hecho en que la tinaja se comparte con todos los huéspedes en horarios establecidos… y no estaba muy limpia el agua

The nature around it is nice, and they have chicken and dogs that are really friendly

lovely remote lodge with great countryside feeling. great value for money.

surprisingly, a very remote feeling for this lodge type resort. it's a bit run-down but lovely. great breakfast. close enough to the city for a great restaurant for dinner. big rooms.

It was damp. The mattress sagged badly. The shower was dreadful - alternating cold and boiling hot dribble. Breakfast was OK but terrible coffee.

Great time!

The location is very nice and convenient, easy to find both coming from south and north. We loved that the kitchen was available for cooking our own dinner and the outdoors hot-tub was fantastic with no extra cost. The staff was kind and helpfull and the breakfast was pretty good. Everything clean and neat. We would definitely come back!

The family room had a loft which concentrated the heat and the window was fixed. Maybe, either allow the window to open or provide an air condition device.

Our second stay at this very pleasant hostal

the room was clean and comfortable, staff very nice, hot tub a special treat, adequate parking on site, green oasis with trees and rustic charm yet very close to town

A calm spot on the northern edge of Temuco

The room was very attractive and comfortable. There is a hot tub and you can reserve a time in the evening. It's in a very natural spot: green, lovely and calm, and on the edge of Temuco. A communal kitchen is available for all guests to use. Wifi was really good.

Very good

Breakfast was very good and familiar with an open kitchen and plenty of food. Also the kitchen was open al the day so one can use it at any time to prepare a meal or eat a pizza as we did. Personal attending the kitchen at breakfast was very friendly too.

The bathroom, specifically the shower needs improvement as the platform was a bit rusty, the water was or too cold or too hot, and the shower curtain was a bit outdated and didn't work well.
