Great value for money in a not-so-built up area with good views and spacious rooms.

The hotel is spacious and has good ocean views from afar. It was clean and well laid out and had plenty of parking.

The jacuuzi was out of order, the check in receptionist was a little less than friendly and the building has an old, adapted former warehouse / refurbished feel to it.

cp值超高

房間超大，以收取的房費來說，cp值超高。除了房間，連浴室也無比大，回有回音的大，還有芬蘭烤箱，真是令人驚喜，雖然沒空可以試用，若真的可以用，那真的太棒了！

飯店位置真的很特別，若是晚上入住，真的有極大可能找不到入口，所以我們選擇天亮時抵達是對的！

價格性價比真的太划算了，位置地區都不錯，房間也很大，豪華房型還有蒸氣室可以使用

可惜現在沒有早餐可以選擇，這是比較可惜的部分

北谷やうるま市に行きやすく観光がしやすかった！ 4階のお部屋だったけど景色はあんまりかな？ホテル周辺静かなのと、ホテル内も静かでした！お掃除する女性の方に会った時、挨拶が気持ちよかった。 YouTubeやアマプラなども見れるようになってるお部屋でテレビでも楽しめたし、お風呂が広くて凄くよかった！

ホテルに入る場所がわかりずらい。ホテル入り口には看板があって分かりやすかったけど、大通りに看板がなかったので。大通りから入りずらいのと坂途中なので事故が心配でした。

部屋が広く清潔とは言い切れないが、トータル的にコスパ良し。

ぶっちゃけ、旧ラブホ感は、拭い去れない。そこを振り切りか、どう料理するか、今後、お手並み拝見。

貴重品の忘れ物があったら

備品の貸出など丁寧に対応されて助かりました。

チェックアウトした後に腕時計を紛失しまったことに気づき。車内やカバン色々探しても無くて、ホテルの方へ紛失物の電話したにも関わらず泊まった日と部屋番号だけ聞かれて答えたらそうゆう落とし物はないですと言われました。対応が悪かったです。翌日。腑に落ちなかったので旦那の方からホテルの方へ紛失物の確認電話してもらったところ。ありますよっ！っ答えが来ました。ほんとにびっくりしたと言うか。なんで昨日は嘘ついたのかな？と思いました私が諦めて大切な腕時計を探すことを諦めてたのなら。見つからなかったと思います。信頼はできないホテルだと思ったので翌日すぐ取りに行きました。

この値段でこのクオリティの部屋に泊まれるのはだいぶお得だと思います。

部屋が広く、ベッドとお風呂も大きかった。周りが静かで寝やすかった。部屋からの見晴らしが良い。

車/タクシー以外でのアクセスはほぼ無理。場所もわかりづらい。カードキーが時々反応しなくて焦る。(フロントに言うとすぐにスペアキーと替えてくれる) ソファが若干汚れている。

満足です。

部屋がとても広くて遊ぶものが沢山あったので、子供達が退屈せずずっと遊べて楽しんでいました。ベッドも布団もあったので、好きなところで寝れて良かったです。

お風呂の洗い場がシャワー室なので、もう少し広い洗い場があればよかった。あと、ホテルの入口の看板は外してほしい。トイレの所にあった手洗い場のところがもう少し棚とかタオルとか置ければよかった。食器も置いて欲しい。

It was a pleasant stay.

I was sharing with a friend, and the twin bed was queen twin bed and the room was really spacious.

The entrance of the hotel was a bit hard to find especially when it is dark.

Clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again!

For the price this was a great hotel. We were there for 30 days. Other hotels in the area were $3000+ for that length of time. The fornt desk and cleaning staff were all amazing. They spoke little to no English but they were great at communicating with us through the Google translate app. They were super friendly and even helped me get a taxi each time I needed it. The hotel itself has a pleasant appearance and was very clean. You could tell the furniture in the room was a little old but not enough to matter. The room was spacious enough for 3 of us and we weren't on top of each other. It was clean, quiet and in a good location close to the mall and food. Very convenient for me since it was only a 5 minute ride to my son's home. It definitely wasn't a luxury hotel with a bunch of amenities but it was a clean, comfortable place. If I had the opportunity to visit again I wouldn't mind staying here.

The WiFi was a definite struggle but reading other reviews had prepared me for that. The beds were not the most comfortable but I think the beds there differ from what we have in the US. Based on pictures I'd seen for other hotels, these beds were pretty nice. We did use shower shoes but that is the norm for me in most hotels. The staff was great about cleaning the room whenever we requested it.
