It was awful, main thing was lack of dining, we checked in for 3 nights to get a couple of days R&R before traveling home, on arrival we were told restaurant open from 6.00am to 5.00pm, then told next day till 9.30pm. First day tried to order lunch but they weren't open. Then they told us Restaurant open again from 5.00pm to 7.00pm but only serving (inadequate) breakfast. They offered to order in Mc Donalds or Jolibee, Ironic as the policy they sent when we made the booking says no outside foods allowed Web site shows 24hour room service - they don't have. -Its not as if there are any alternatives close by. Dinner was fine, so was the breakfast, though limited options.
First off, I wanted to give my appreciation to the staff and even security guard, all of whom were very patient in assisting me with my concerns.
This rating is of how the hotel management does not care about the overall experience and convenience of hotel guests.
1. Hotel is short-staffed and My heart goes out to these already over-worked staff who are doing their best to give us a good service.
2. The “detour” entrance is as bumpy as a mountain road. So if you don’t have an SUV, tough luck my friend.
3. Redundant “registration forms” that you need to fill up multiple times.
4. Arrived at 3:15pm, but we were able to check in the room at past 4pm already because housekeeping wasn’t done yet. Didn’t even have towels when we arrived.
5. Aircon smells funky.
6. Toilet has dirt and what appears to be either poop or rust uncleaned. There were hair strands as well.
7. Overall not a great experience, even if you set your expectations low in advance, but again, I appreciate all the hardworking staff as they were all very kind to us, from the receptionists, guard, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, etc…

The staff was very attentive in addressing all our concerns. They waived a 10% delivery fee for food ordered outside the property. The staff addressed our cleaning needs as well assisted with other small requests. The staff and the view from our room overcame what could have been a disastrous stay into an acceptable one. The staff was excellent.
Upon check in, the ràoom had not been cleaned since 2020. Also did not learn until after check in that the chef had bee fired, so no food on property. Lunch or dinner required a 2 hour window to pre order from an offsite cafe.
Guest were banned from using sidewalk along the sea to take a walk- extremely disappointing. Also banned was their cement landing next to sea.
Wifi was weak and required a new sign in if u put your phone down.
No activities available on property. Considering a price of 5.5k per day (includes VAT), I did not see good value when weighed against all the negatives.

The inflatable kiddie pool. Swim up bar and our overall stay
No extra Key. Small water bottle. It should be 500ml

The breakfast was adequate and only $5 each for the breakfast buffet. We had an amazing room. It was ocean view and the staff took the time to arrange towels in a heart shape on the bed with rose pedals in the tub. The room was perfect! The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. Great location at the end of Lapu Lapu. I made the mistake of drinking the hotel water and got violently sick. The hotel was gracious and took me to the hospital 45 minutes away and picked us up when we were ready. Extremely kind of them! Clean and beautiful hotel with great, helpful staff.
The only downside was the lack of dining choices at and near the hotel. Our dinner was average and you have to take a cab to eat anywhere else so, that is the only downside.
