Amabilité de Dimitri et de bons conseils pour les restos; le meilleur petit déjeuner de notre séjour en Italie et Simona d’une grande amabilité à l’écoute du client; Un vrai lit pour la 3eme personne. chambre propre avec fenêtre, Parking gratuit à proximité ainsi que le centre ville à pied. À faire absolution lors de votre séjour à Otranto.

Notos e Otranto mi hanno conquistato il cuore!

Notos mi è piaciuto immediatamente per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità di Dimitri con piantina di Otranto, suggerimenti sui lidi, dove parcheggiare e dove cenare; la mattina successiva al nostro arrivo mi ha conquistato la colazione con Simona e tutto ciò che ci ha servito con cortesia, dolcezza e professionalità, tra cui i "Pasticciotti" più buoni al mondo!!!

parfait mais pas exceptionnel

chambres d’hôtes ou hotel ??? belle chambre pas de vue c’est pas trop grave on n’y reste pas salle de bain impeccable terrasse pour le petit déjeuner qui malheureusement n’est pas servi avant 8h30 Bon wi-fi Quelques conseils de Dimitri pour les restaurant Mais sinon aucun contact ce sont des petits immeubles qui sont faits pour de la location et on ne voit pas grand monde. Ce n’est ni hôtel ni chambre d’hôtes. Ni bed & Breakfast car les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place mais ça n'a pas été le premier comme ça dans cette région. En France, une chambre d'hôtes les propriétaires sont tenus d'y vivre .. un hotel, un réceptionniste est la en permanence pour les conseils

Superb

Good value for money in the busy season. Easy 5 min walk to the city, rooms are basic but very clean. Great breakfast on the rooftop terracce. Parking was made super easy - you get a pass for an outdoor parking area just in the end of the road. Friendly hosts who gave very good restaurant recommendations and did the reservations for us :)

The property offers a deal to a near lido ”Atlantis” for around 20e. The property’s sunbeds are quite far from the main beach in a family area - wouldnt recommend if you only have one beach day in Otranto.

Nice central location just outside the historical center. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Very nice staff.

The showerhead was broken and could not hold up. There were a few short power outages during our stay.

Authentic B&B experience!

This property is central, clean, and has incredible staff! From the first minute I arrived, the hosts were very welcoming and gave suggestions for sightseeing and local restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and had working A/C. It was just a few minutes walk from the historic city center and seaside. Breakfast was great too! They had a variety of food options and were willing to accommodate any dietary preferences. I had an amazing time in Otranto and highly recommend staying at this B&B.

Great location and breakfast!

Hotel minutes away from the city center. The room was really good and clean. Dimitri was really helpful in our check in, gave us tips to get around the city and provided us with a pass to park our car in a parking lot really close by the hotel. Great breakfast in the terrace of the hotel.

GOOD LOCATION AND THE OWNER WAS HELPFUL

THE LOCATION WAS NEAR THE CITY CENTER AND THE WALLED CITY. PARKING WAS ON THE STREET BUT THERE WAS AVAILABILITY AND OUR CAR WAS SAFE OVERNIGHT! THE OWNER SHOWED UP AND HELPED US FIND A GOOD PLACE TO EAT.

THE STAIRS WERE PRETTY STEEP FOR A 80 YEAR OLD….BUT WE MADE IT

Dimitri and Simona were friendly and helpful. There was safe storage for our bicycles. The room is large and the property is not far from the old town, with easy walking to restaurants, shops, the promenade, and the beach.

Nice location nearby old Otranto

Nice place with all you need, in walking distance to the old town. Some special request were immediately fullfilled. Breakfast and cleaning up made perfectly. Parking no problem in september; will cost about 4 to 6 € a day in high season. Parking on the streets is unrealistic.

Another excellent stopover on our cycling tour of southern Italy

Very good breakfast, friendly staff (Dimitri and Simona), quiet location and safe parking for our bikes in the garage. Excellent value for money.

A kettle would be a nice addition.

Cute room in recently renovated bnb. Everything was as expected. Really friendly host.

Exceptional

Dimitri is a very nice guy, extremely helpful and attentive. The room was very clean, nice bathroom and shower. Quiet, parking in front of the house (Dimitri gives you a card so you can park in the blue zone). A couple of minutes to the old town. All in all very recommendable

Great stay in Otranto

Host was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Good location. Nice room with big window, lovely terrace with sun or shade. Good shower. Perfectly suited our stay for 2 nights, would come again. Thanks!

Nice and friendly

We appreciated the the host provided us with a parking card which we used for parking in the resident area. He also recommended us where to park for free after the check out. It was also very nice of him that he sent us a book we had forgotten in the room. The breakfast was varied and the room was small, but comfy. The house was about 7 minut on foot from the town centre. Highly recommended.

Lovely B&B 5min walk from the historic center

Nice B&B 5min from the historic center and 10min from the beach. A Supermarkt is 3min away. The owner Dimitri and Anna were very nice and helpful with suggestions for the city and the surrounding areas. Room is big, nicely ventilated and you take your breakfast on the rooftop terrace. For parking I was provided with a permit for the zone to park on the blue lines...

Very nice small b&b. The host is very friendly and helpful, explained us everything we needed to know about what to visit in the city and around. Free parking, great location next to the castle and old city, very clean and nice furnished. The place gives you the feeling of home.
