Absolut Empfehlenswert.

Zimmer sehr modern und sauber. Komplett ruhig, jedoch keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Himmlische Betten, sehr moderne Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr reichhaltig.

Keine internationalen Steckdosen und Frischluft nur über Klimaanlage.

1,5 h oczekiwania na transfer z lotniska, w między czasie przyjechało po kilka busów z innych hoteli, więc jak widać można .,,bardzo wolna obsługa w recepcji przy check in, kolejna godzina czekania w kolejce , room serwis- w międzynarodowym hotelu przy lotnisku nikt nie mówił po angielsku!! , fatalne sushi- zamówiłam bo chciałam na noc coś w miarę lekkiego, dostałam coś obrzydliwego, do tego podany był ., keczup i majonez z saszetek .,, brudne wykładziny , generalne wrażenie że hotel jest nieświeży ..

Gehobene Nacht vor dem Flug

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist super. Ein jeweils zur vollen Stunde fahrender Shuttle-Service erspart das Taxi. Das Frühstück ist toll und vielfältig. Unsere gebuchte Suite war sehr groß. Das Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich. Der Service ist sehr nett und kümmert sich umgehend.

Die Fliesen in den Duschen sind sehr rutschig. Vorsicht ist geboten. Das Schlafsofa in unserer Suite für die Personen 3 und 4 war überraschender Weise leider sehr ungemütlich.

El hotel solo cumplió, nada del otro mundo.

La limpieza y la zona en la que estaba

Nos quedamos una noche, y queríamos pedir comida a la habitación, yo me iba a pedir una hamburguesa y no tenían (7pm), quería pedir un sanduche de pollo y tampoco tenían, la srta que nos atendió nos ofreció devolver la llamada para confirmar que tenían y esto nunca sucedió, nos fuimos al Oxxo que queda a la vuelta y ahí compramos comida. Oxxo nos salvó. Hab 522

Sehr gute ruhige Lage, 10 Minuten vom Flughafen

Freundliches Personal! Schöne Bar. Zimmer hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Gut funktionierender Shuttle zum nahen Flughafen. Angenehmes Viertel. Tipp: auf der Rückseite des Hotels (gehört nicht zum Hotel) 24 Stunden Mini Supermarkt

Das Frühstück (2x) fand ich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie enttäuschend!!! Brotwaren ohne Geschmack und so, als ob sie 2 Tage alt wären, mini Auswahl, lieblos, in den 2 Tagen, wo ich da war, war die Butter in der Hotelküche komplett ausgegangen und es gab keinen Nachschub. Im Marriott Courtyard (Nacht davor) im Vergleich besserer Service und geniales Frühstücksbüffet. Punkt 2: muss man wirklich schon zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr sämtliche Zimmer auf Stockwerk 3 laut putzen? Staubsauger liefen auf Hochtouren, Betten vom Nachbarzimmer laut verschoben. Nicht gut.

Llegamos temprano, antes del horario de check-in, con una reserva para una suite. Sin embargo, la recepcionista nos informó que no podían darnos la habitación en ese momento porque no era una habitación doble y no nos ofreció ninguna solución. Después de esperar tres horas, su supervisor nos asignó una habitación doble. Como nuestra reserva original era para una suite, se incluyó el desayuno de ese mismo día. Quisiera resaltar que la recepcionista, posiblemente por falta de experiencia o desconocimiento, no manejó la situación de manera adecuada, lo cual nos causó una espera innecesaria, especialmente considerando que viajábamos con niños

Great hotel near El Dorado

Everything was Excellent.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I was counting on the shuttle bus to get from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at around 9:15 PM and was waiting for a while, called the front desk and was told that the next shuttle would not come to the airport until 10:15 PM. I was too tired from a very long flight from Montevideo, Uruguay and asked the guy to send the shuttle. Besides me, there were other people waiting, totaling a party of five. The guy at the front desk told us that we had to wait. Long story short, we decided to take Ubers to get from the airport to the hotel and had to pay for that when, it would have been pretty easy for the guy at the front desk to ask the shuttle bus driver to go and pick us up.

Muy buen hotel a pesar de la mala xperiencia del check in

La espera para el check in fué muy larga. A pesar de que llegamos muy temprano (11 am) y sabiamos que el check in era a las 3 pm, en muchos hoteles se toman la molestia de verificar si hay habitaciones disponibles antes de tiempo. En este caso no lo hicieron y directamente la respuesta fue: esperar hasta las 3. Con la mala suerte que a las 3 pm el sistema estaba caido y no podian verificar que habitaciones estaban listas, lo cual me pareció absurdo, ya que por radio pudieran verificar con las personas de oficios varios cuales habitaciones estaban listas. La espera fué hñcasi hasta las 4 pm. Nos dieron un bono para una bebida en el bar en compensación.

Il y a une seule personne dans l’accueil. Après 10 minutes d’attente et quand la fille d’attendre est plus importante, une deuxième personne prend la deuxième caisse. Même si la deuxième caisse est ouverte, le personnel fait attente les visiteurs sans aucun explication avant de les prendre. J’ai trouvé traces du papier toilette dans l’eau (au toilette ) quand je suis arrivé à la chambre. La serviette avait une perforation
