and great restaurants are just minutes from the home. Juno Beach is a 15 minute drive and is one of
the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 10 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The Palm Beach Outlets are located off Hwy 95 and are only 15 minutes away from the home. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 20 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is about 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.
The home has an open floor plan with central air conditioning (new unit in 2022) and heating throughout and comes fully furnished down to the last detail. furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall tile, ample closet space (the master bedroom has a walk- in closet), large windows for bright, airy rooms. Each bedroom is appointed with a flat panel TV and has its own full bathroom (master bathroom has a tub & guest bathroom has a walk in shower). All linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking! You'll find all the necessary appliances supplied including coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The stackable washer/dryer is located off the kitchen. The separate dining room seats four comfortably with room for more if you add the insert to the dining table ( located in guest closet)
Enjoy beautiful views from your large, private outdoor patio furnished with a patio table, chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment, as well as a gas grill.
Parking: two spaces available; trucks, commercial vans, RVs, motorcycles are not permitted to park within complex overnight.

As a PGA vacation veteran of many years and a former resident of the cottages myself, I dare say that I’m qualified to give an accurate review. Staci’s place has one of the very best views on the entire property, among the most comfortable beds, and for those who care, the best water pressure in the shower! There were sufficient essentials provided to make this “turn key” for even a short stay as mine was. And the price was great! Communication and check-in were efficient. I expect to return.

The resort cottage is very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything (other than great weather) that we needed for a relaxing week in Florida. From the cottage, it is a short walk to the resort hotel. There is a nice view of the par 3 golf course and lake from the outdoor patio. Check in was very easy. Staci is a very responsive host. We would stay in this cottage again.

Photographs well but the listing photos do not match reality. The only reason this rental is receiving mediocre rating is because the homeowner based out of state was responsive…perhaps the only win. Because owner was not local, the quality check was never done before our check-in. Owner is reliant upon others to provide feedback. We were welcomed to many dead roaches and plaster bagworms, which were addressed when we contacted owner but continued to grace us with their presence throughout our 2-month stay (no discount was offered for inconvenience). We were never added to the guest list, which became inconvenient for after hours numerous times. We were never told of the mailbox renovations, neighbors informed us we needed to fetch mail from USPS; never received keys upon completion as the owner did not communicate these updates that were occurring onsite. Had the owner performed their due diligence, we would have had a better experience. We had higher expectations as the owner conducted an interview before approving our rental request; regret not interviewing the owner back. Wish we had reviewed Susan Z’s review from May 2021 as that would have deterred us from booking this in such a haste. For a few dollars more per day, we booked another condo in the same community where we have been receiving above and beyond 5-star treatment. Consider doing the same.

Staci immediately contacted the AC service and when they were unable to fix it, she graciously arranged for us to stay in a hotel and covered our expenses for the night . She went over and beyond to accommodate our family and we are most appreciative. The cottage was as described. Very clean, updated and equipped to meet our needs. We would definitely recommend the host and property to anyone interested in staying there.

A grill without gas is useless. I also think for the amount charged$$ there should have been tissues, soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent and a sponge for dishes. These items are all Very cheap at the dollar store. Being near the ocean it would have been nice to have a beach chair to take.

This 2 bedroom condo is lovely - situated on a beautiful PGA golf course. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It is so peaceful and quiet with wonderful places to walk. Publix, Walgreens, and restaurants just 5 minutes away. Staci is very responsive and takes good care of her renters. We really didn't want to leave!

This 2 bedroom condo is lovely - situated on a beautiful PGA golf course. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.
