Haut standing, villa isolée dans un lieu magique avec vue imprenable.

Emplacement isolé au calme en hauteur avec une vue imprenable. Il faut impérativement un scooter pour profiter pleinement de l'endroit.

Il faut ajouter des ustensiles et couverts dans la cuisine. Sinon tout est parfait et la villa est parfaitement équipée. Les baies vitrées sont complexes à manipuler. On a donc tout laissé ouvert en permanence et c'était très agréable.

Nada. Hay comentarios que hablan de bichos y totalmente fuera de la realidad. Estás en una villa rodeada de vegetación, es normal que haya alguna lagartija u hormigas. Como en cualquier casa de campo

So eine Mega geile Villa in der Lage mit der Aussicht habe ich zuvor noch nie gehabt, einfach traumhaft! Der erste Blick auf den infinity Pool wenn man zur Türe reinkommt mit dieser Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich..

Better alternatives for the price

The staff were very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony is as good as the pictures show and one of the best I have ever experienced from a room. There were very reasonably priced scooters that you can hire directly from reception. The property manager is also available on WhatsApp which was very convenient.

We should have read the comments more thoroughly before booking. The geckos that live in the roof are very large (20-30 cms) compared to the tiny geckos you usually find elsewhere. There were large-ish droppings all over the living spaces and the kitchen several times daily. We had to clean those up regularly (housekeeping would usually clean some each day when they came through). We came across a few spiders inside the villa during our stay as well. There was also only a few mins of hot water available each time we showered. The property photos on booking.com are heavily filtered and it's not as nice in real life. The location is quite remote with some steep hills and there isn't much within walking distance. You will need a scooter or car to get to most things. It was difficult to cool the place down as well due to the thatched roof in the living spaces.

EVERYTHING! Amazing view, wow effect, price, nature, we had no bugs or everything (well we got only one:)), the pool was clean and very useful, the terrace is amazing, we got 6 bottles of water for free each day, welcome drink, we regreted not staying there for more days, would recomend it for sure!

Maybe it could be a litte bit cleaner (there were just some spider nets).

Big regrets!

- The view was stunning - The hotel manager organized a really nice snorkeling trip for us

Since we read most of the 1-star reviews upfront, we knew there would be geckos in the villa and we were already prepared for some gecko poo on the floor. But in fact we shared the villa with a huge (~30cm) gecko. Every day at dawn the geckos became active and they started to poop everywhere (kitchen table, couches, the floor, bathroom, etc). Due to that the largest part of the villa, except the bedroom where we stored everything and kept the doors closed at all time, was pretty much unusable for us! Even though the villa was cleaned everyday, you do not want to sit on a couch were geckos pooped on the night before.. Apart from that the villa in general felt old, filthy and worn out. The bathroom smelled moldy and most metallic parts were rusty. There is also no breakfast available at the hotel (even though the description here on booking.com says so). So since the hotel is in a rather quiet part of Ko Tao, you have to ride to the other side of the island each morning, which wasn’t the worst thing in the world but unexpected and therefore annoying. Overall the price was just too expensive for what we got!

Gorgeous property, free unlimited waters, not A/C in entire house

- Private pool was amazing - The view is unreal - Ice cold A/C in the bedroom - Super spacious - FREE unlimited water in the fridge! - Huge fridge - Awesome kitchen - Bed was comfortable - Laundry can be done on the property for 50B per K - Netflix/Spotify available on smart tv was awesome

- I have to say if I knew there wasn’t A/C in the whole house, I probably wouldn’t have picked this place. Even though the property is amazing. It’s 100 degrees and I am uncomfortable without A/C. There is only A/C in the bedroom - Pillows are basically as flat as paper which made it very uncomfortable for me - There’s about 7 geckos that live in Villa. They poop everywhere all day long. The cleaners clean it when they come but they poop throughout the day. Once they popped on my clothes. - The location is pretty far out from city center. It’s definitely more of a quiet spot which will just depend on what you’re looking for! (Not pro or con)

The view was amazing. The manager of the property was lovely. The best place we have stayed on our holiday. They organised a pickup and drop off for us and the scooter was ready when we arrived. Definitely worth staying here if you can!

One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed

Views to die for. You feel like you are secluded from the world but the staff are so attentive and on hand when you need something. Very very clean and the villas have everything you need, they really have thought of everything. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. Highly recommended.

The room might have some small creatures in it (mostly small geckos) because it’s in the nature. For those who doesn’t like that - it might interrupt. Yet - it’s an amazing place.

Great view with a few hiccups

-amazing view - private pool - friendly staff & flexible with amending our booking at no extra cost ( needed to arrive one day later ) - fast & cheap laundry service - Great private snorkelling tour (recommended by owners)

- no common outdoor pool as communicated on the booking homepage - no 5 star hotel as advertised on booking - very firm mattresses - no rooms service or breakfast available but menus provided where you can order in - IMPORTANT NOTE : villa has a straw roof which is not leak proof . be prepared to have all sorts of visitors . we are not faint hearted and didn’t mind the occasional gecko or spider , however , we also saw a massive rat running around the place one night which is just simply not hygienic - the villas are located on the top of a cliff ( hence the amazing view ) but you are quite far off from the centre . you will need to rely on taxis to get around - the host offered to use “ their taxi “ which we did . when they dropped us off at the pier after our stay we were served with a hefty bill for the taxi service which was not communicated neither at check in nor at check out . mind you they will charge you 300 THB per use for super short rides which is around 8€ . if we would have know this in advance we would have used local taxis instead as they will charge much less . We would have expected more in this regard from the host as they claim to have worked in hospitality themselves before and cost like these need to be communicated in advance , and not last minute when you are about to take the ferry ( mind you that you will also need to have enough cash on you ).

Amazing view on Koh Tao The villa and pool was amazing Rental of scooter for 250b/day without problem. Free Shuttle for the way pier - hotel (not back) Living with the friendly gecko (they protect you :) ) Mosquito net on the bed, air con, fan, clean pool... Staff very friendly and helpful (Thank you Lara)

Some ants in the villa, but it's nature. Not much and we get rid of them very fast. (Not much a problem for me, but can be for some people).

Amazing villa with complete privacy & outstanding view.

If you have some money left, it is absolutely worth it! great view, complete privacy, amazing sunrise, nice staff and easy communication via Whatsapp. Scooter rental available at the property.

A view things are a little outdated (e.g. Sun beds), but for our price okay. if you are blond, just don’t put your hair in the pool if you don’t want them to be green afterwards :D (they have water pipes out of copper)

A beautiful big villa with an amazing view. everything we could need in the villa, including a proper coffee machine and lots of complimentary water. The bed and pillows were comfy. the villa arranged our drop off and collection and a scooter so we could easily get around the island Lara who checked us in was so helpful and arranged diving and a boat trip.

The welcome, the stunning views, the villa, the air con in the bedroom, the lizards in the roof. It waa flawless.

Maybe one tiny thing.. Could have cleaned the debris from tbe overflow drain of the pool on the villa terrace as I assume the water is recycled.

Awesome location and view. Easy bike rental and prompt help provided by manager with transport and taxis. Daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Simple food delivery from a variety of restaurants

Gecko crap from resident Tokay and quantity of mozzies. Couple of nights with noisy neighbours over Songkran. Steep steps were tough with bags

Beautiful place, limited facilities and not the best value for money

The villas are beautifully presented, with a fantastic view and plunge pool on the balcony. On a quieter side if the island.

The price tag seemed high in comparison to other places we stayed in Thailand given it is a self-catered villa so no additional facilities and staff not always around. During a storm, the building flooded - but the owner did say this was being fixed. However the staff were friendly and helpful, and the fact that there are no facilities adds to the secluded feel. In general we thought it was lovely, just wonder whether it’s slightly overpriced.
