Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas + Mini's Poolside at Anaheim Disneyland.
Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland's trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.
This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.
We have paid a lot of attention to selecting top-quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes a 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.
The Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.
The second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.
The kid's bedroom has a bunk bed ( Full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom.
Fireworks can be seen from the kid's bedroom, second bedroom, dining room, and both patios.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home.
A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.
High-speed internet and TV with extended channels are available.

Everything went well except that my 2 year old fell and hit his head on the edge of the coffee table and had to go to emergency and get stitches. I will be checking to make sure it is a safe space for kids next time I book.

Overall, the place is great. Bedrooms are big enough. Fold out luggage racks are helpful. Easy 7-10 minute walk to Disney main gate. Next to pool/jacuzzi without the noise. Can watch Fireworks from the condo. Overall, good experience!

We didn't have a good start. We arrived earlier than check-in time. I had messaged the owner earlier in the week to ask for an earlier check in and was told if the cleaners were finished we could enter early. I called when we got to the unit and found no cleaners. The owner denied our entry and said to call the manager. I called the on-call manager and got no answer, but left a message requesting entry. We waited on a grassy area for an hour and half. Finally, at 4:00, check-in time we went in. We never got the call back from the manager. Two days later, I was asked if the owner and a city inspector could be let in. I, of course, said sure. I felt I showed the flexibility I wasn't shown. Check out day, we're at the airport waiting for our flight home and was text a reminder that check out was at 11:00. We had had an Uber pick us up at 8:30.
The units could use some serious TLC.
Overall, it was an ok stay. In my opinion, I felt we weren't treated very graciously.

The facility has been very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are spacious rooms for up to 8 people to enjoy comfortably. Decor was perfect for our Disneyland vacation. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was only down which isn’t major but we struggled getting the door open due to the key code being long and some user error (not following instructions) other than that we had no complaints. It was nice and quiet in the evening allowing for a peaceful sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

This 3 bedroom , 3 bath condo is great for a family visit to Disney! We walked over every day and then it was nice to be able to walk back and enjoy the pool and playground. Nice to have a place to park also that wasn’t on Disney property. Great to have the high chair, pack n play and the stroller as well. I appreciate that there were beach towels and a full kitchen to let us buy and prepare our breakfast each day. Overall a great experience and place to stay. Love that it was decorated in Disney!

We enjoyed our stay here. The local contact, Rick, was a huge help and was readily accessible to us via phone calls. The property was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub! The condo was in close proximity to Disneyland resort and to the parks. We enjoyed just being able to walk there. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was clean and spacious enough for my family of 6 + 2 grandparents. The laundry and half bath on the main floor were perfect. Directions were fairly clear to get to the specific condo location and the welcome email and photos were helpful. Check-out was easy and painless. I would definitely stay with this company and at this specific location again.

We did not get the place that they advertised. The furniture and decor is completely different. The washer and dryer in their photo shows a newer model but the one at the location looked like it was from the 90’s. The doors were hard to close and open. The AC sounded like a plane was taking off every time we turned it on. The only good thing about the place was the location next to Disneyland.

It's an older property but it's been updated. A few minor repairs need attention and I relayed them to the owner. Beds were comfortable after long days at Disney. It was super nice to have a washer and dryer. The pool was super close and fun.

This place is falling apart. The A/C in the master did not work, it was duct taped. Over cluttered, overpriced. They use cheap shortcuts everywhere. It is a mile walk to Downtown Disney on a fast road and even longer to Disneyland. The manager does not say that the pool needs a fob, you will be left scrambling.

We had a fantastic time. Communication was on point and our kids loved the pool right on site. The location is near Disneyland, but still somewhat of a walk (20-30 min) for our little ones. Was fine in the morning, but hard at night when they were already exhausted. One day we drove and parked and was a slick process. Tons of great bed options for larger family. Well-stocked kitchen. Some pool toys of some nature would have been fun as there isn't any. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a good experience. A bit disappointed in the property it seem to be in need of some work and was not an accurate representation of the pictures I saw when booking.
The master bedroom only had 1 working outlet which made it difficult to charge devices as well as use Cpap machine. There was no way to plug in the fan in the closet to cool down the room which got very hot.
We had 6 adults using two bathrooms and there were not hooks to hang towels after showering.

The Villa was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect… 5 minute walk to downtown Disney and the monorail into Disneyland. The pool was lovely although washrooms and showers were not usable (dirty). Owner was great… showed up on day 1 to see if all was ok. Appliances needing some repair… microwave… toaster. Would I stay here again?… definitely… convenience trumped everything else.

This location you could get right to the park within minutes. It’s an older condominium, that needs some love. Water faucets were hard to manage in main bathroom, water pressure was low in the master room, batteries were missing from remotes and needed a nice dusting. Bed in master bedroom should be replaced soon. Pictures in listing didn’t match what is in the condo. Managers responded to check in and out process rather fast.

This property worked well for our family on our trip to Disneyland. It’s a ten minute walk to Downtown Disney and about 20 minutes to the front gates. The kids enjoyed the pool (it was way too cold for us adults!), and overall, we had a good time! We would stay here again.

This condo worked well for three senior girls and their mothers. It is very close to the pool and hot tub which the girls used when we were not in the parks. It is also is within walking distance to the parks which allows you not to hassle with finding parking and to come and go as you please.
The condo is a bit outdated and older, but the owners are in the process of renovating their multiple units so I'm confident this unit will get a face-lift soon. You can't beat the price, location, ease, and safe environment that outweigh the dated interior/exterior of this unit. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo complex had trash piled up in corners/walkways and was very run down. The inside was also run down and unfortunately not clean. Area rugs were dirty, bedding was felt and smelled unclean. Sinks, bathtubs and wood flooring were clean. It was very uncomfortable and we couldn’t rest after the long day’s fighting the crowds at Disneyland. Management said that I don’t have to stay there but they would not give any kind of refund. My whole family has vowed to never use this service again. We will stay at hotels from now on.

The place looks just like the pictures, except I was expecting it to be a little bigger. It was a little cramped with all the kids we had, however, we stayed to go to Disneyland, and therefore, didn't have a lot of down time spent at the place, so it was a perfect place for us to stay in during our getaway! It was in a great location, perfect walking distance to Disneyland, grocery stores and food establishment within minutes of the place. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the Disney entrance was a little over a mile but less than that to Downtown Disney. It was an easy walk. The Disney parking garage was just across the street from the Condo. The condo is showing a little wear but overall it was a comfortable place to come home to after a day at Disney. The washer and dryer were nice to have after a day in the rain. The home was supplied with all the things we needed. Check in was easy and the staff was easy to reach when I had a question.

Condo was dated ie. some things did not work as expected to work, doors sticking, scuffed walls, stencils falling off.. Outside areas were dirty/moldy. No onsite office was my biggest problem when needing an extra parking pass. Took three hours for them to get back to me on if we could park the extra car we rented, this caused unnecessary stress. To many rules, regulations and fees will keep me from using VRBO again. I do not feel they provide enough of a service to use over just booking straight with a place.

The property is clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook for 9, plenty of towels, the pool was clean and friendly. Walk to Disney is 10 minutes. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. Made the trip easy.
