Great hotel - very clean - staff were all very efficient and professional

Being next to the area where they store the cleaning trolleys did wake me up during the night - swinging door etc but nothing to fret about

An affordable luxurious stay!

In a city, even the most luxurious top tier hotels will have a view of concrete jungle, so why spend more when this accommodation can provide same or even better services at a tempting price. A very delightful stay. The reception staff was very polite and helpful (one of the best specially M/s Sunita), rooms were clean and comfortable. Very prompt room service and house keeping. Location is also mid city, perfect for commute.

There's nothing that comes to mind when thinking about dislike. They could proivide bathroom slippers right when they are getting the room ready, turn on the AC (if they can) and have a fresh spray of room freshner right before checkin to have a strong impact on guests. But honestly no negative reviews.

The staff was courteous. Location is good.

Food was not tasty at all. Limited items in buffet. I was given rooms on 4th floor and 5th floor is the restaurant. All the restaurant noise including moving if chair and table could be heard in my room. Couldn't sleep due to this reason.

Great hotel

Good clean modern hotel. Good breakfast bar and service. I forgot some items on check out, when I called them later, they had neatly folded all items and returned them to me.

We checked in very late, and as NRIs, we have to provide passports and visas. I'm notnsure why the visa was required but it was minor in the grand scale of things.

The staff, the interior of the room and decor

The cleanliness inside the room and washroom was a problem. This was definitely not FERN standard. Also, the TV in our room was not working properly.

comfortable stay, great food and a good deal

free upgrade received which was nice. Lunch and breakfast was great in the restaurant upstairs.

There was a confusion during check in whether breakfast is inclusive or not despite my booking note saying it is inclusive. The gym is very basic with very less equipment. The location is a bit far away from the centers.

Overall it was decent. But not value for so much money.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. We even got late check-out approved. Breakfast was good too. They could have included a few more gujarati dishes for both breakfast and dinner buffets.

The bathtub was broken and the bathroom had severe leakage problems making the bathroom wet all the time. We expected better facilities in this price.
