En el lugar donde estuve hospedada no fue lo que según yo pagué, ya que no detallan en la pagina las diferencia de áreas por rentar, cuales tienen piscina y cuales NO, no hubo electricidad en muchas ocasiones y el lugar no cuenta con planta eléctrica propia y todo es eléctrico, entonces sin servicios básicos( aire acondicionado, refri, plantilla en mal estado). Lástima lo que promociona la página debe ser más detallado.

the front desk staff didn’t explain the free upon arrival so we missed it the first day. then she tried to recover by saying I text you but was 1:15 minutes after it closed. further, she said she compensated us a couple drinks and appetizer which turned out to be we got 10% off that. lost faith in staff.

Beautiful place for holiday

Perfect location, close to the beach, beautiful house, very clean, great breakfast at Banana Beach at the sea and most importantly extremely friendly and helpful staff - they made suee to help with whatever comes up.

There was really nothing negative about the accomodation.

Amazing! Private, clean, luxurious

My stay was amazing!! I wish I booked my whole stay with them. The place was cleaned everyday and made for a tidy, comfortable stay. Also, the pool is cleaned every day too! The property was accessible and very close to restaurants and stores, plus the beach. It feels very private, like no one can see in your yard etc… the host was very accommodating and nice. You have all the things you need in the loft as well. I loved it. If you get breakfast included it’s at an amazing beach club there. I would end up lounging on a bed there all day. Also, any need I had or question was answered right away. The host is very attentive.

We had a very nice relaxing time.

The apartments are spacious and well kept. The beach is a very short walk away with easy access. Since it is setback off the street, you are in the 'centre' of town, but don't have all the noise. There is a supermarket just up the street to buy breakfast/lunch items.

Excellent location with very bad cleaning

Excellent location, near of the best spot in Santa Teresa

Cleaning is a really very opportunity…1st day we have the experience with many cockroaches in the bathroom after storm, we had to request support for staffing (meanwhile we had to buy cockroaches poison by ourself)… after several minutes the cleaning girl arrived and said it’s normal after storm, I think if this is “normal” the loft should invest on regular bug extermination or bathroom lids, also many spider cobwebs in basic location inside the loft, we had to cleaning by ourself bed headboard with mini spiders and mold ……. really nice location with very bad cleaning, adm should invest more time to make sure the space is really clean before receive guests..

The location

The people who run this place were the most unprofessional and rude we encountered in all of Costa Rica. We arrived to find the person in the office was gone for the day, and the keys were left inside. This would not have been a problem if the loft was ready, but it was not. The pool was under filled and not turned on, with a sign next to the pool saying ‘don’t touch controls, we will charge you for damage’ so we didn’t get to use the pool the first night. The propane tank for the stove was empty so we couldn’t heat up our food. The water was completely off the first evening so we couldn’t even take a shower. I called and messaged without getting a response even though I could see the message was read. We stopped by the office the following day to talk to staff and they were nothing but short and rude. If you are seeking decent hospitality, stay elsewhere.

close to beach and in the middle of everything. modern and spacious. love the little pool outside: it is cold water BUT it is actually well appreciated when it’s very hot during the day :)

Poor communication. Running in circles with the people that work there.

Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, retail store, ATM and beach.

Upon arrival, I did not feel welcomed or at home. The energy of the first person I had encountered was cold. Terrible customer service. I’m very patient when it comes to resolving things — but THREE WEEKS and still NO resolution... that’s unacceptable. I’ve been running around in circles trying to get compensation for awful wifi. I stayed for 1 week and needed wifi for work. I turned on my data almost the entire week and had close to $100 of additional charges.
