Le personnel gentil. Chambre confortable. Endroit calme
Wifi lent

La ubicación es excelente, puedes llegar a buenos restaurantes o a la zona arqueológica caminando, a menos de 15 minutos.
La limpieza es excelente, lo único es que el aromatizante usado es muy fuerte y después de unos minutos satura tu olfato.

Lots of noises from the host’s family.

Just the pet dog Nina that they had. That was the only part of the stay that I truly enjoyed. Lol
We were given a room that did not have a window or a private washroom. It was suffocating, and to top it all, the host locked us from the outside, saying it's for our safety. It wasn't the main door they locked. It was a big iron gate right outside our shared washroom that they locked. With being locked and no windows, my asthma kicked in and we had to call them at 1 am to give us a different room. Nice Staff , super clean room , good WiFi, hot water, 1 km from gate #4 ... Little tienda on the corner 9Am to 9pm local Bus on same corner.... Plenty of safe gated parking for all guests .close to "La Gruta" restaurante must visit...
0 hooks , 0 chairs in room , lacks a ventilator daytime room temperature high ... Towels hung on door nobs , awkward tv location in room ...really nothing serious wrong ...

The staff were very kind and accommodating to two non-Spanish speakers. The rooms were spotless, and the property is very pretty. The gated wall made me feel very secure.
As is the norm in rural cities the beds are FIRM and it's noisy with dogs barking at night and roosters crowing in the morning. Nothing a pair of earplugs didn't fix.

Location to the pyramids, clean, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, price.
Unfortunately there was a party going on next door with loud music till 4.00am.

Good place if want somewhere close to Teotihuacan
The smoke detector makes noise time to time, which is very noisy. The staff ended up taking it off from the ceiling.

Helpful staff (who kindly lent us jackets as it was chilly for our 6am Balloon flight and we’d packed rather light).
Just a short walk to the Pyramids
Possible to climb onto the hotel roof terrace to watch balloons flying over
Plenty of secure parking. Uber also works fine here to eg get to/from Mexico City
Several restaurants within a few mins walk (but note that they close quite early @6-7pm).
No breakfast option, but roadside restaurant with good value breakfast buffet is on the 7-10mins walking route to the Pyramids.
No aircon in rooms, but had a fan

Location was great, walking distance from pyramids and good restaurants. The staff was very nice and gave good tips and information even arranged a taxi very early morning to pick us up and take us to the balloon flights.
Electrical outlets were too high and our phones had to hang from the cord, no table to rest them. Mattress was a little too hard for my liking.

Location was 10 minute walk to our destination...treated you like you were family..they booked our balloon ride..our guides for the temple tour...they even went to the store and and picked up things for us and never asked to be paid...we still tipped them even though they didn't want any....can't say enough about how well we were treated
No food at the hotel but they drove us to and from restaurants...again at no charge

This was our second stay at Hotel Fer and it met our expectations again. Great location for visiting Teotihuacan. We arrived late due to airplane delays and the owner provided a great recommendation for a place that was still open for dinner.
We booked two rooms with private bathrooms, but for one of the rooms, the bathroom was in the hall. It was still private for just our use, but not as convenient and not what I'd expected.
