Great hotel with lovely staff, very clean.

Very nice and clean hotel with lovely suits. We had a private pool which was nice and it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Evi and George. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious and they had very good options. Also the hotel was situated in a good location. Fira was a 7 minute drive and Oia was less than 25 minutes. And very close to the airport.

If the pool was more private from anyone else’s view would be better. Also the bed was good however there were some springs that felt uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay here 10 out of 10 on everything we just couldn't off asked for better. The staff very professional very polite and helped made our stay to be the best it could be its very clean and everything you could need in the rooms. I would highly recommend a stay 👌

Was fabulous

Love everything, staffs are great, friendly and helpful, room very modern and comfortable with a huge bed, lot of space in bedroom and living space. super clean have staffs come to tidy up and change towels daily!!! our favourite is having the breakfast in the room, plenty of foods and many options. :)))

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff (big thanks to George!)

Great large suite which was clean and well designed. The views of the sunrise from the ground floor balcony and the private pool made it a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was superb (with various options).

just perfect!

Everything was perfect, the location was conveniently close to Thera just a 6 min drive, the pool was excellent the suite was beautiful clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really delicious with plenty of options delivered right to your suite! The shisha was a wonderful surprise it was actually the best weve tried on the island! The entire team was very friendly and extremely polite and helpful! George in particular was always helpful and always went out of his way to make our stay just perfect! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when Im back in Santorini!

Wonderful Stay ! 🙂

Altera pars Suites is a lovely place to stay as it provides a more private experience. There is also breakfast of your choice every day served at your room. The staff was great especially the receptionist Harrys who was very helpful since we arrived at the suites. Overall a great stay.

There is no "Caldera view" as it is located in a more central point of the island although that wasnt a problem as we didnt mind having the view straight out of our window.

Beautiful property!!

The property and its staff were just amazing. We were given a free upgrade to a suite with a larger pool and it was absolutely stunning. Large rooms, so peaceful and quiet in the area. Rooms are so tastefully decorated! Robs and slippers provided and towels for the private pool. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly and we got our beautiful breakfast delivered to our room every morning!

Only thing I would say is when we received bottles of water to the room they weren’t cold and the mini fridge was at a warm temperature not a cold one.

The room is spacious and quite , it has all the amenities needed ( Nespresso machine , mini bar…) . The bed is comfortable . The pool is great . If you are planning to be near the airport it is the perfect location.

Under staffed. Which makes the costumer service provided unpleasant. If the same person is managing the room service the check in and checkout and all what’s in between, things don’t run as smooth .

Amazing overall

Pretty much everything, the staff is great, professional and well arranged, the jacuzzi in the top floors with the view is amazing I don't know about the lower floor rooms which have bigger pool/jacuzzi, the bed is perfect, had a room with 2 balconies, 2 toilets, a living room and a bedroom. The feeling was royal, a lot of space, good views, located in the center of the island.

The kitchen is almost nonexistent, no sink, no forks/spoons/knives, no plates. Mini bar is full with their stuff that you need to pay for.

Most beautiful trip in our lives.

We were oversatisfied with the arrangement and the personal themselfes. They were very friendly and helped as soon as we called George. They cleaned the pool when desired and the breakfast was always as expected. The location was perfectly, as we rented a quad it was very easy to reach all locations fast and easy. They also telled us about Santorini itself and told us where to be and why. Regardless of the COVID-19, they managed to make us feel safe and eventhough it is a hard time due to this pandemic, we never had difficulties to keep the distance from others at the stay. We are looking forward to come back and return to Switzerland with awesome and all over the most beautiful memories! We loved it!

We stayed for three nights in Altera. Cannot say how much we liked it there, especially the people. Always welcome and friendly, always helpful with any request. The suite was very comfortable, clean, with two baths and a small private jacuzzi on the balcony. Even if we didn’t use it much, it was a nice to have. Excellent breakfast served in the room by the time you want it. Although it’s not on the cliff, the Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the island and therefore all points on the island are easy to reach. Thanks a lot Altera staff, see you again soon!
