The kitchen facility was fine. We could park on the street. The owner kind and friendly.
The street was very noisy, unfortunately there is a bar opposite of the apartment. The beds were very soft.

Having your own kitchen to make meals. Single beds. Location about 12 minutes from the HBF.
Room was on the hot side, it needed a fan to cool. Bigger cups for tea.

Communication went smoothly. We even got a free upgrade which was very nice. The apartment was nice and spacious, it had a fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. There was free parking on the street.

The flat has comfortable beds, was quiet at night in November, is a 15 min walk to the centre, and very easy to find parking in the streets right outside. Check in was very easy, and the owner left us a sekt bottle which was appreciated. Flat seemed clean even if not the newest and was warm. Shower worked well, bathroom somewhat cramped but was clean.
The kitchen is very sparsely equipped, e.g. For a flat with 4 beds it only had 2 bowls (queue for your breakfast cereals ;-) ), 3 mugs, 4 spoons etc, you get the picture. Just two hotplates and a microwave, no oven, and seating area also very small, just about space for 3 people to sit - so it is fine for a weekend or short break but not something you would want to book for a longer stay where you would want to self-cater. There were also no sundries such as salt and pepper and oil that you often find in a flat so if you want to cook you will need to bring everything with you or buy it locally.

Good value for money

The accommodation was ok for an overnight stay. There are two restaurants in walking distance, a greek and an asian. Also a bakery is nearby for a quick bite in the morning. Street parking was for free. We had a welcome drink in the fridge. The kitchen is large, it is well equipped.
It is a bit far for a walk to the city center

We stayed only for 1 night, arrived in the evening. The location is a bit away from the centre/lake, but we had our car, so it was easy for us to move around. All needed was in the apartment. The host met us on arrival to hand the keys and take us around. We parked on the street for free.

Nice people as described on the Booking. Nothing more and nothing less.

Beautiful apartment on a nice location (we actually got an upgrade which was a pleasant sursprise). Walking distance from the city centre and also close to the Worthersee. Do note that there is no airconditioning. This was not too much of a problem for us though.
A coffee machine would have been welcome.

I think our guy who met us was called Gerhart. He was lovely and very helpful. He left us a bottle of prosecco to drink after doing our ironman. (Which we did)
The shower was good and the bed really comfy. The place was clean for basic accommodation. We had towels and a hairdryer.
The microwave had a grill combination oven function which was just as well as we forgot we didn't have an oven and bought Pizza and garlic bread.
It was central to where we needed to be and buses were nearby along with the supermarket.
Unfortunately it was really noisy. There was a cafe bar opposite and a rowdy bunch in the appartment to the side. It was so hot in the room so we had no choice but to have the windows open.
The roller blinds didn't go back up, so they stayed down all holiday.
There wasn't a spatula, can or bottle opener, chopping board.
The television needed programming, I couldn't understand the German instructions so I left it.
There were ants everywhere around the sink and hob mainly even though we washed all our utensils immediately.
I could have done with an ironing board.
I would have been happy to dry my clothes on a clothes horse rather than tumble dry as some fabrics you can't tumble dry. Also we couldn't work out how to just dry in the washer.

Simple apartment, no frills but very good for a short stay in Klagenfurt. From the description of the property expectations were met. Very clean, practical location and no problems with parking nearby. Nice garden at the back. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay, it was very much appreciated!
Nothing to declare in thia regard 😊

The wifi could have been faster.

Everything has been good overall. Owner waited for us to consign the key and introduce us in the house and we've had a nice stay for three days. Klagenfurt is a very nice city and the lake is a great place to stay in august.
I understand the 4-5 beds apartment maybe is not used such often, but cleaning could have been better. Anyway it's not been a particular matter.

The location was best and there was also a big tv.
The bathroom was very small

Very friendly host, easy to collect keys as he was waiting for us outside the house.
The apartment we booked was on main floor with no air conditioning so that you need to have the windows open and there is a bar nearby so that a group of people were sitting outside till late night and were very loud. Early morning cars passing by and you will get up to the noise. If you are travelling during the hot summer days I really do not recommend this place. The bathroom is very small and not up to date.

A little garden free to be used.
Quite old house with big flats, splitted into smaller appartements. However the reconstruction was cheap and a bit amateurish. E.g. the toilette has no window nor ventilation. Acceptable if a really low cost accomodation, however the price was not such low.
