L’hôtel est bruyant le matin surtout.
Mal insonorisé.
Prix excessif du restaurant

The staff is amazing. Realy Nice People. It is a 20 meters from Roches Noires Beach. Parking included with superior room. Easy to visit st gilles les Bains.
Rooms are not isolated enough, we could hear some sound from the corridor.

There could have been a bit more varieties of food for breakfast but apart from that everything was good.staff was extremely friendly!!!
4.0 / 5.0
Booked room only and generally very satisfied with amenities.
Swimming pool good size.
Staff very polite and accommodating.
Location to town and restaurants/shops and port excellent.
Rooms comfortable and clean.
Bathroom could be better designed to allow more space for washbags and toiletries and somewhere to hang face flannels. Soap dispenser could be better positioned.
Swimming pool flagstone areas can be very slippery when wet so some form of drainage would be desirable.
Only two sunloungers available around the pool.

Location very close to beach and City Center, staff super friendly
Breakfast was having not too many options and was rather low profile for the price. Could be improved. Bathroom not really clean

I like the hotel's location because it's only a 3-minute walk to the dock, a small beach, restaurants, and a lively harbor for out-of-sea tours. Because of their politeness and accommodating manner, the hotel staff made an excellent impression on me. Furthermore, the hotel's design makes it welcoming and comfortable.
Parking spaces are scarce, especially during the holidays. It may be difficult to drive yourself to this neighborhood. I had to return my car one day ahead of schedule because it was too challenging to find a parking spot.

Nice and clean hotel at very good location near to the beach and restaurants.
Parking was not available for our room type. Outside parking is a real challenge, but at least it is for free.

Very friendly staff. Good central location and very near the only protected place to swim for miles (shark infested waters) - not being able to swim in the ocean on an island holiday bit of a let down. Though nothing to do with the hotel - which was great. Basic facilities but they all worked just as required ie bedroom shower was great for example. What more do you need.

Enuogh food for eating, great location, great price/power, original cousine and every day different food for dinner.
Smoking people near swiming pool during we were eating-there were tables with ashtrays and it was only 2 meters from open-space restaurant.

Friendly staff, comfortable room.
Parking can be a challenge. The hotel provides some parking places at an underground garage.
4.0 / 5.0
The hotel is well-located, nearby the beach and few steps away from restaurants and bars. It has a car park which is a life saver in St-Gilles since public parking in the vicinity is limited. The hotel has a really good restaurant, which is definitely a plus. Rooms are sufficiently comfortable and equipped with a coffee machine.
Breakfast selection relatively poor, but that was not a major issue for us. Walls are rather thin so noise from the corridors travel easily into the room.

Nice little hotel, very well located, right by the harbour and beaches and close to restaurants and shopping. The nice staff and the very good food in the restaurant were very positive. Our standard room was comparatively large and also perfectly fine.
A small fridge in the room would be nice and it should be mentioned that the parking spaces in the underground garage are only for guests of the superior rooms. So you might have to look for a parking space in the surrounding streets and walk a few minutes (also no problem). Charges for parking on public roads only until 17h and from 9h in the morning.

Super located; directly at beach and promenade with bars/ restaurants; good/ fair price! We took the express breakfast at the pool; absolutely enough and delicious! But he best on that hotel Re the people running it! They really understand customer experience and care! So friendly and kind, but doesn‘t feel like a task on their todo list. They are really interested in you and your voyage! So go for this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay at the beach!

Clean air-conditioned rooms, comfy beds, great location near the beach, restaurants and shops, delicious food and drinks and friendly staff. One member of staff in particular, Camille, was very welcoming and friendly to us.
Lack of mini bar/ fridge in the bedroom.
