Amazing!

Beautiful caravan with gorgeous view. The caravan was spotless! Had nice little touches,such as biscuits,coffee and many more.

Everything was perfect,the only small downside would be no bath towels provided.

Amazing, Thankyou to the host Nicola

Amazing holiday, perfect location even though the weather was bad it was so nice just to sit in the warm and look at the views and watch a film, free internet was greatly appreciated as most places charge. As soon as the sun came out we were 5 minutes from all the amazing beaches 🌊🌞

The property was lovely, tea, coffee, milk all left for us. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the bedrooms were both a good size, lots of little things made it special, being able to bypass all the booking in and waiting around was great, that’s always a mission after a long drive with children.

Excellent location ideal for getting out and about. Holiday home was excellent. Little things like tea coffee and milk being available on arrival after a long journey.

Not very much information about what was available on site therefore we ate out the majority of the time and just used it as a base.

Absolutely what we wanted out of this break - relaxing, stress free and homely.

We stayed at a privately owned static caravan within the park itself and i expected an ok caravan, photos looked really nice and well presented. What we got however, was well above our expectations! Super clean, amazing furniture & fittings and decoration throughout, homely feel with a supply of essential milk, coffee, tea and sugar (a lifesaver when you arrive at 9pm after driving for 5 hours lol) Private car space right in front also top priority for us which was met.

Honestly nothing I can nit pick with this host and caravan.

Excellent stay in very nice and clean accommodation, within easy access reach to good local beaches

Standard and cleanliness of accommodation was excellent. Location of accommodation and facilities on site were really good (with on site swimming pool access). Location to local beaches, shops and attractions (e.g. Eden Project).

Kitchen utensils could have been enhanced - e.g. proper serrated bread-knife, pizza cutter and bottle opener/corkscrew. Lack of instructions on how to use gas cooker, but we worked it out. Instructions on recycling facilities - there are none directly on site, but we did find recycling bins (for paper/glass/tins etc.) outside the entertainment centre adjacent to the site. Just a few suggestions to make a couple of minor enhancements to what is a really great accommodation.

Newquay View with a View

Caravan was clean and comfortable and perfect for our little family of 3. The ensuite was a treat having a bath and shower and really felt like home from home. It was nice to use a private host as once we found the caravan we just let ourselves in without needing to check in via reception. The host Nicola was helpful throughout and communicated everything we needed. Can't fault our experience booking this way and we will book again We explored the site and used the bar and swimming pool which was clean and staff were friendly Beach was about a 10 minute walk although uphill a bit it was nice for the views. We did this with our 4 year old with no problems. We will book again

had an amazing four night stay at Newquay bay resort, enjoyed swimming sun and steam room each day before heading off to

home from home, amazing host who left us welcome goodies wine, crisps, nuts fresh milk and tea coffee and sugar. spotless caravan and hand soaps in bathrooms. beautiful location and view too.

Caravan park is a family only site which was great. Evening entertainment was good. Arcade games available. Choice of heated indoor swimming pool and outdoor one which were open all day with life guards. Beautiful beaches and stunning views. WiFi inside own caravan was perfect. Staff at park was very helpful and polite.

Restaurants are over expensive. Not much in terms of shopping available locally. No ATM on site. Nearest is about 15 min drive. There is literally no cell phone signal on site, no network.

Excellent accommodation

This caravan was immaculate and in a great position on the site for Valley views. The location is easy to find and situated a 5 minute drive from the beach and 10/15 minutes into Newquay itself. Amazing that it had a bath making family life with my 2 year old super easy on our stay. Nicola the host was very helpful when I had a question about the use of facilities on the site and resolved my issue straight away. Great communication

Its been difficult times of late and so some of the facilities on site were limited or not available which was a little disappointing. Not necessarily the fault of this host. However of your currently looking for a comfortable and homely base whilst holidaying in Newquay this is definitely a great spot and I’m sure things will improve

Excellent, would definitely stay again.

Good location, lovely beaches. Caravan owner was good with communication. The caravan itself was spotless, comfortable and a lovely extra touch from the owner of a bottle of wine, crisps and biscuits, very lovely. Caravan had everything you needed and was presented very well by the owner.

All you need for a great stay

Location and cleanliness were top notch.

Conveniently located, very clean, all the necessary facilities, with a very thoughtful 'welcome pack', this is just the accommodation that we needed.

Loved that it was as exactly what it said ‘luxurious’ 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Nice little welcome basket made up for no coffee.

Exceptional

The caravan was much bigger then we expected with an ensuite in the master bedroom with a bath. It was extremely clean with the oven looking like it had never been used. Having the free WiFi was essential to plan days out as there was no phone reception at all, which is nice when escaping for a week. The onsite indoor swimming pool was perfect for our toddler who loved jumping around. It is a large pool with plenty of space. The local Porth beach was great for a day out or just an evening walk. The location as a whole was great with many beaches and things to do within about a 30 min drive. Communication with Nicola throughout was great via Booking.com and WhatsApp. Will book again when back in the area.

An absolute gem near the sea!

Absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and excited for our getaway. The little touches such as the welcome basket and milk in the fridge shows how mindful Nicola is and really put a smile on our faces. The caravan is stunning, really nice features and interior and we definitely felt 'at home' whilst here. The location is perfect with a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. The site of the property is really rather impressive. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you so much for a memorable stay :-)

Exceptional

This place was spotless clean and Nicola (The host) was so quick to respond to all of our queries. The caravan had a lovely homely feeling and the location was perfect to explore all the beauty which Cornwall had to offer. Nicola also had some nice touches such as leaving us a bottle of wine and biscuits as well as some milk for the teas! :) All in all this was the first time we have done this type of holiday as a family and it was a great experience.

Lovely stay

Loved my stay there. The host Nicola was so lovely, helpful and understanding, and really went the extra mile for us. The caravan itself is really comfortable and cosy. The holiday park was peaceful and calm. We tried the indoor pool and restaurant which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant has entertainment every evening. I'll definitely book again!
