El apartamento era bastante nuevo, muy espacioso y tenía de todo, el parking incluido es un punto a favor.
Por poner una pega,que es una zona de cuestas...pero se hace un poco de ejercicio

Terrasse
Wir mussten fast 2 Stunden warten bis wir in die Wohnung konnten. Die Schlüsselbox befand sich direkt an der Wohnungstür auf der 3. Etage. Um an den Schlüssel zu kommen, war von der Vermieterin geplant, dass sie uns per Fernsteuerung die Anlagentür und die Haustür öffnet, damit wir mit dem Fahrstuhl auf die 3. Etage fahren, um den Schlüssel für die Wohnung aus der Schlüsselbox zu holen (PIN hat sie uns 2 Stunden vor Check in geschrieben). Leider ging die Tür per Fernsteuerung nicht auf, so dass wir mehrmals mit der Vermieterin telefoniert haben. Zuletzt sagte sie uns, dass sie sich auf den Weg mache und uns die Wohnung öffnen wolle. Wir warteten fast eine Stunde und sie kam nicht. Als ich dann nochmal anrief, sagte sie, dass sie uns vergessen habe. Zum Glück haben uns dann Leute reingelassen, die dort wohnten. Es lief sehr schlecht mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Das entspricht nicht den Standards von Bookingcom. Unglaublich, dass das erlaubt ist. Echt schade. Das kann man nach einer stressigen Anreise nicht gebrauchen.
Es war auch sehr merkwürdig, dass wir eine Woche vor der Reise eine Kaution von 150 € auf ein spanisches Konto überweisen mussten. Es gab kein europäisches Konto. Das haben wir alles kurz vor dem Urlaub erfahren, nach dem wir die Unterkunft bezahlt hatten.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr alt, alte Möbel, vieles war kaputt und funktionierte nicht, die Küche war katastrophal ausgestattet und die Betten waren viel zu weich und sehr unbequem. Es gab nicht immer warmes Wasser, beim Duschen brauchte man Glück.
Die Lage ist ok, etwas ruhiger als an der Hauptstraße, aber zu Fuß zum Strand sind es 1 Kilometer zum laufen. Es sind keine 5 Minuten wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht und ist nicht fair und ehrlich. Für so eine desolate Wohnung darf man nicht so einen hohen Preis fordern!
Die Wohnung steht auf einen Hügel, so dass es für geheingeschränkte Menschen ungeeignet ist.
Hygienisch war die Wohnung nicht gut.

L’équipement de la cuisine aurait besoin d’un renouvellement. Cafetière vétuste, grille-pain très vieux et rouillé.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage!
Schmutzige Bettwäsche im zweiten Zimmer! Wurde nicht abgezogen! Urinflecken im Bett! Keinen PIN für den Schlüsselsafe für die Wohnung bekommen! Dann einen falschen! Und dann erst den richtigen! In der einen Dusche ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen, in der anderen konnte man den Duschkopf nicht benutzen!

Ruim appartement, met garage, balkon op het zuiden,bedden goed
Te weinig legkast ruimte, servies was niet compleet, banken waren kapot, geen kapstok. Zeer luidruchtige onderburen!!!
Via stevige heuvel naar het strand lopen, heel steil.

The apartment is great, spacious and lots of sunlight - south oriented, has a big terrace. It is close to the beach and the city center. It's uphill but not a big deal. It has a private indoor garage, I was able to park our VW T5 van in it easy. There is an elevator. We also liked the mobile heaters as we were staying in December. Pili the host was very nice to us, very fast to respond to anything we asked. The 150€ deposit was returned fully shortly after our checkout.

Leaving and going to a property with comfortable beds.
Tips on how to enjoy this property
1. Get each of the family to photo the damage and see who can gather the most pictures.
2. Have fun travelling 1400miles with the the challenge of arriving within a 5 minute slot to suit the tight schedule of the owner who only lives 45 min drive away, with the added threat of a fine if you arrive late!
3. I liked my Bose headphones which blocked out the noise from the neighbours.
4. Getting up at 6am to use the pool otherwise it was dominated by noisy kids playing ball games all day.
5. If you like sheets that dont look like they have been slept in, then hold a family raffle to see who should iron the bedding, but don't let the kids near the iron as it has three tape repairs on the cable.
6. when taking a shower, make sure you get someone to stand near the kitchen to call if the boiler goes off, so you can adjust the cold water to stop the boiler cutting out on low pressure.
1. Receiving an Unreasonable message after booking a check in time between 6 & 7pm="I need to know exact time, one hour is too much. I have to go to the apartment to do your check in an wait for you there because we dont have reception"
2. Being asked for a damage deposit infers the property is in good condition, I had to take 55 photos of individual damage items to protect my deposit which I had the worry of not seeing again.
3.Charging 50euro for cleaning infers the property is clean, I have photos to prove the storage cupboards could not be used due to boxes stored and dust, even the lid of the kettle was dusty.
4. The iron needs a new cable, unsafe to use.
5. The boiler drops out on low water pressure making it very difficult to have a shower, add too much cold and the boiler goes off. The boiler also burns with a yellow flame so needs a service. There are two bathrooms but you can forget using them at the same time due to the hot water flow problem.
6. Attitude, not made to feel welcome, I should have realised from the advert, I almost felt guilty troubling her for the keys.
If the owner responds that we didn't complain, then the owner should consider they should do their own dilapidation survey and not expect someone on holiday to signs a 150euro authorisation without an attached condition report.

Very well laid out apartment
Location ~ long uphill walk from town.

The location was in fact 5 minutes walk from the beach restaurants and bars which was great even though it was at the top of a short but very steep hill
The double bed was really uncomfortable and creaked

Great luminous flat with everything needed for a vacation with the family!
Sometimes the hot water was interrupting and needed some time for the heater to warm it up. It wasn't a big deal.

Nothing
The host Phil lied to us since we arrived:
1°They charged us €150 as deposit without mentioning it on Booking.com
2°They charge €50 cleaning fee and give the apartment dirty. WE had to buy the products and clean the apartment.
3°We have booked an apartment because of the pool but it was closed and they never told us
4.They also said that they had a barbecue but they was also lied, we could use the barbecue.
5°No cleaning products, No toiletries.
6°Its impossible to seat on the toilet without hit your head on the sink.
7°They have 2 bathroom but you cant use both at the same time, even thou after a 5 minutes shower the water runs cold.
8°The place seems quiet but the neighbours downstairs are extremelly loud, especially the mother and the kids.
9°The terrace has a "design" with a hole that leads to the apartment below. Its like having your neighbours inside the apartment.
10°If you want to sleep in thats not possible , the neighbours definitely will wake you up at 6AM
