About this apartment rental
The Leo Atelier is a lovely bright penthouse located in the historic center of Chiavari, recently renovated and set in a splendid setting of ancient Genoese palaces, arcades and the famous "caruggi". The apartment is on the third floor without elevator, it is composed of a large living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen complete with dishes and crockery, double bedroom with wardrobes, bathroom with shower, closets. All the rooms have very bright windows that overlook the typical roofs of the historic center, independent heating adjustable to your liking, air conditioning and free wifi.
On request, at no additional cost, possibility of adding a fifth single bed, cot and high chair for the little ones. Sheets, towels and household linen are provided and included in the price. The apartment is located in the historic center, in a pedestrian area but easily reachable by car at only 50 meters with paid parking, the area offers all the main services starting from the first necessity shops, the local fruit vegetable market all mornings, fresh fish market just 100 mt. The station and the beach are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The area has a lot of paid parking, however on reservation it is possible to make free use of a private parking place at 600 mt.
