Decent property, good approach and excellent garage. Comfy beds. Farewell present of water for two of us on a very hot day. Good location
Old dated juice maker ( manual) splashing oranges all around. Breakfast area next to reception practically in the lobby.

Good hotel value for money! Nice rooftop restaurant/bar. Pleasant and understanding staff. The rooms are good and comfortable. Not very far from the beach. There is a grocery store nearby. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
We really missed the fridge in the room. It was hot days and we kept the water in the bathroom on the floor. But we also asked to put something in the fridge at the reception and they were happy to help us with this.
Also, the balcony was not cleaned and the balcony did not offer a very pleasant view of the courtyard. But the rooftop restaurant had a great view!
A little sad breakfast. There were no vegetables or salad at all. But there were tasty, freshly baked pastries.

Roof top bar & parking
Nothing

The price was reasonable and there was a free car park.
Slightly inconvenient. We had to walk more than 10 minutes into town.

The location was nice, it was close to the centre but still in a quiter part of the city. The room itself was pretty spacious and nice.
The breakfast was a huge letdown, it was far from mediocore even. The rooftop bar is a nice idea, however it’s open to everyone and when drunk guests leave at 1AM screaming in the hallways and blasting music at the parking lot… it’s less nice.
Although the room was clean more or less (the carpet was kinda dirty), the public spaces (hallway, elevator etc.) were very dirty.

Clean, good location and has an awesome rooftop hotel bar above.
Rooftop bar can get quite loud at night if you’re on level 3

Beds were very comfy
Rooftop restaurant and bar was a great addition
The price difference between the rooms booked was over and above and did not reflect any added value
The rooms and facilities were very basic for the price

Americans might find the parking scarily tight

I enjoyed my good night sleep in this hotel. Bed was sooo comfy. the hotel has a nice energy! and it’s not so far from Antibes centre.
I’m very grateful for very professional manager I think Manuel was his name, hope I’m not wrong and all the staff for trying to do their best to run this hotel perfectly.
Few things which been sorted out during the stay thanks to the great stuff.

Centrally located between Antibe and Juan-les-Pins. Secure parking, friendly and helpful staff..
Nice comfortable bed and clean bathroom and excellent shower... A good size room with balcony doors for some fresh air...Small safe, tea and coffee facility...
Anything negative would not really be worth mentioning... I was more than happy with it and would stay there again...

great location, amazing roof terrace, nice rooms.
breakfast: limited choice of ham and cheese, vegetables seemed to be available on selected days only (probably depending on the chef's mood?).
