Terrasse im 5. Stock ohne eine kleine optische Abgrenzung - siehe Pflanzen zur Bar - bietet kaum Privacy .

Der Empfang. Die Mitarbeiterin war offensichtlich genervt und hat das dann sehr unverschämt an mir ausgelassen. Das war alles andere als professionell

Die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, was man bei diesem Preis auch erwarten kann.

Die Lage in der Hafennähe, die wir bewusst gewählt hatten.

Als wir morgens in den Frühstücksraum kamen war kein freier Platz zu finden. Das Personal hat uns gebeten in der Lobby zu warten. Nach einiger Zeit waren dann Sitzplätze frei.

Room was spacious and clean. Lovely modern bathroom. Stunning rooftop for drinks and the breakfast was great too!

WiFi only worked on one of our phones and not my laptop and then partner’s phone. The two single beds pushed together as a double?

Comfortable and beautifully fitted room. Breakfast was fabulous. My husband particularly liked the pancakes! Having parking garage was very convenient. So easy to get luggage from car to room.

Nicole on reception was very helpful. Location was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was nice.

Great location. Great food around the place! Awesome view from the balcony. Clean and great value for the buck.

Could use a small microwave. The double bed is basically two small beds pushed together, so there is large space between. Not comfortable if you are cuddle sleepers like my wife and I are. We ended up sliding in between the beds and did not get a lot of sleep. We left one night early because of that. We loved everything this hotel had to offer, but the double bed was really bad.

Good quality breakfast. Well designed room, in good condition and very clean. Comfortable bed.

Lack of flexibility from staff. Hotel bar opens at 17.30 - staff refused to serve me when I walked in at 17.23. Made me sit down and wait, even though they were not busy doing anything, and at exactly 17.30 served me a drink. Would have been understandable if I walked in way before opening time, or in case they were busy with other matters, but this was ridiculous.

WOULD STAY SOME PLACE ELSE NEXT TIME

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND FACILITY WAS FAIRLY CLEAN. BARTENDER RON FROM 5TH FLOOR NEW YOUR BAR WAS VERY NICE AND COURTIOUS. SPOKE ENGLISH VERY WELL AND HELPED IN ANYWAY.

STATED THAT I WAS TO RECIEVE A QUEEN SIZE BED AND IT WAS TWO TWINSIDE BEDS THAT WOULD COME APART IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IF YOU ROLLED OVER. RESTURANT AND BREAKFAST. NOT ALL STAFF SPOKE ENGLISH AND THE TRANSLATION FROM GERMAN INTO ENGLISH WERE NOT THAT WELL. SO YOU REALLY ORDERED WHAT THEY NEW HOW TO TRANSLATE INTO ENGLISH

I would stay here again, for sure.

Breakfast was lovely. We had rooms facing the water, which was lovely with one exception: there is a party boat nearby so it could get quite loud if you had your window open. It didn't bother me, but that might be a problem if one is a light sleeper.

We felt very fortunate to have chosen this hotel! Hope to come visit Bremerhaven and The Liberty again!

Location is perfect- on the wharf and very convenient to bicycle rentals, retail shops and the walkway along the water. Staff was friendly, helpful, spoke English (as we don’t speak much German.). Facilities were very clean and tasteful- breakfast was incredible.
