Clean room. Owners (both lady and gentleman) friendly. Tasty and fresh breakfast. Quite close to the centre.
The sofa, as another guest previously stated, is a bit small for 2 teenagers.
The rooms are not cleaned daily (only on the 3rd day, I realised I had to ask for cleaning service).
Noise from the renovation of a nearby building that woke you up very early in the morning (sleeping with the window open as the room did not have air conditioning) and inconvenience of walking on the street which is under repair. but these are not property related and will probably disappear soon.

It was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are beautiful and with a great view. Best sleep in a while. Excellent breakfast selection, that changes every morning. The staff was kind and thoughtful! The property had a private parking lot. That’s a big bonus. It is close to different tourism attractions. There is a shop next to it. Not too far from hiking trails. I really enjoyed staying here.

What was nice? We felt there very comfortably, place was cosy, well equipped kitchen, flawless beds, tasty breakfast, all in all...
I can only recommend this place for families with kids. Not far from the town centre, calm area, nothing to complain about.But...
Parking NOT FOR FREE ! what does it mean to charge guests for parking 30 ZL per day on the private property which belongs to accomodation you for have paid already...One more additional info - literally round the corner there is a public parking place where you´ll be charged 20 ZL per day !!! So what a policy is to charge guests for parking . . . non sense. I was in Zakopane many times before ,never charged for parking in private property where we were staying...This joke costed me 47 EUR for seven days...

Nice chalet and excellent furniture and finishing, however, it is not 5 stars hotel with no lift. The staff were very friendly, helpful and generous.

Owners are very nice, taking care of everything :) breakfast was great, I was very excited then I noticed fried eggs, fried onions and bacon for breakfast - good choice for busy day hiking.

I recommend this accomodation! Very clean apartment, the host was excelent. He is a very kind and repectful man. The breakfast is amasing! And the place is only in a 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
The room was a bit small, but it was ok for 2 nights.

The lady at the reception gave us a small gift of some local food, very kind of her. The location is great also.

It is a clean, quiet and simple place located 15 minutes away from Zakopane's downtown and quite close to the Kuznice trailheads as well. The owner is a hospitable person who will do his best to make you feel at home. He likes to come and chat with you at breakfast, ensuring that you are satisfied with the place. Nearby this property there is the best restaurant I have eaten at in Zakopane, 'Obrochtowka', which is a must if you are staying here.
Nothing I didn't like, everything was good. I would just like to mention that the use of sauna and jacuzzi is accessible for an extra 140 zl / 1.5 hours, which seems too high to me. The owner explained that the price is due to the fact that the spa is for private use only (that means, only you and nobody else). But considering the times for which we are headed (shortage of energy, astronomical utility prices and so on), I think it would be more advisable to just open the spa for all the guests thus making the price more accessible for everybody.

A small room in a quiet area.
No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

The staff was really kind. I could store my luggage after checking out. Even though the person at the breakfast did not speak English, she immediately changed my breakfast to vegetarian after I asked it (for eggs) and the next morning she was waiting with a fully vegetarian plate. Moreover, the breakfast was really good.
The staff was responsive (I could phone them and they spoke English) and they had detailed descriptions for my late check-in without a receptionist.
The path to the entrance was not paved (likely under reconstruction), therefore it was extremely muddy.

Nice, clean, comfortable place, excellent staff. Very good location. The huge balcony is amazing.
We had a excellent stay.
This was not an issue for us, but the kitchenette was a bit small, so a bit difficult to cook there.
