The balcony and views make this place.

Magnificent terrace overlooking old town & port. Lovely to relax and pre-dinner drinks. Has to be the best terrace and views in Dubrovnik. Filtered coffee machine was a plus.

3 levels and stairs. Also steps up fom centre of old town. Not suited to elderly. We knew about this and it wasnt a problem.

The beds were comfortable, there is no living area other than the terrace, the view from the terrace was spectacular and

It had the best terrace in Dubrovnik such an amazing view. Great location in the old town but not noisy.

All the condiments in the apartment had been left by others. No teabags, no tea towel, soap and shampoo remnants of other tenants bottles.

From what we could observe, the spacious rooftop terrace commands the best view of Dubrovnik. There are, however, 57 steps up to this remarkable space. You will pass two bedrooms and a bathroom that look like grandma’s time capsule. The bedrooms thankfully have a/c and the beds are comfy. The location is a bit away from the din of Dubrovnik’s loud and late nightspots (more steps keeps the masses and the noise from disturbing sleep). But never mind because the terrace is so unbelievably wonderful that the apartment rates 10/10.

Magic house in Dubrovnik.

Very friendly staff. Joseph was always ready to help. Beautiful views from the terraza. I'm totally recommending this place. You will fall in love with Dubrovnik.

Nothing. You can walk the steps like a gym exercise. No recommended for people with mobility difficulties, wheelchair or big strollers.

Good location

The roof terrace is complete private providing a panoramic view of the city. Beware there are around 50 very steep steps internally. First floor is 2 bedrooms, 2nd floor is a bathroom. 3rd floor is the kitchen and terrace.

Not obvious in the photos but the kitchen is very small. Basics are provided.

the furnishing needs updating and way too many stairs. If you have a mobility issue or certain age, reconsider. However, everything worked, air conditioning, washer, water heater, WiFi.

Superb

The terrasse !! Amazing , view over the whole city . We spent a lot of time there . So relaxing after the busy city visits.

Best Rooftop Terrace in Old City

We loved the place. It was perfect. The 2 best thing were the A/C in the bedrooms and the rooftop terrace. That terrace was awesome. It was huge and the views were spectacular day and night. We spent our evenings having drinks there. There's also a washer and a kitchen. We arrived and was greeted by the nephew, he gave us a tour and all the information we needed. He was very helpful. The apartment feels very safe.

I can't really say anything that I didn't like. The apartment is 4 levels. Front door is first, bedrooms are second, bathroom is third and kitchen/terrace are fourth level.

The most beautiful roof terrace in Dubrovnik

Typical hystorical apartment in the Old Town, narrow and tall. The furniture was either new or in a very good condition, and everything was easy to reach by foot. The terrace on the top of the building is a gem! It's worth booking this place on its own, even if the rest wasn't as good as it is.

The location in the heart of the old town means stairs. Both in order to get to the house and in order to move it. It was fine with us, but if you have limited mobility it could be an issue.

The location was wonderful ,inside the old town Dubrovnik. The patio is amazing and the views were better than the pictures.

Bedrooms are a little tight. Be aware of all the stairs to the apartment and in the apartment, not a problem if you are in shape.

Absolutely fabulous weather and views of the city from the terrace.

The location was perfect and the huge terrace had views all over the city. The furniture on the terrace was very comfortable and practical.

The television system didn't work.

Exceptional

The incredible, drop-dead gorgeous view from the spacious terrace!!!! Loved sitting up there in the morning and evening.

The apartment itself is perfectly comfortable — but be aware there are many steps leading to the apartment and inside the apartment which could be difficult to navigate for some. We loved it, but some might not.

The perfect apartment to visit this wonderful place. We couldn't have been happier!

I don't think there could be a better place to stay in the whole of old town Dubrovnik! The roof terrace was just amazing, the view absolutely breath taking. Being able to spend our evenings with a lovely bottle of local wine gazing over the town was so special. Absolutely recommend!

We couldn't find fault with anything at all. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment and the property itself is on 3 floors so people with mobility issues or problems with steps would find it an issue but other than that the place is perfect!

Perfect place for a weekend exploring the Old Town

The view from the balcony was amazing and continued to amaze us every time we were up there. Location was wonderful; close to the city center and easy drop off location for taxis as well. A couple of notes: ONLY the bedrooms have A/C which makes the bathroom (on a different floor as well) and kitchen exceptionally hot. Also, no toiletries so make sure you bring your own. Again, not a big deal but just something we did not expect.

Nothing really to improve. It is in the city center so it is UNESCO protected from many updates. The owners are easy to deal with for check-in and check out.
