It’s out of the world for us.

Almost everything. The staff(Katherina, Nico and Ceasar) went beyond their way to help us and made our stay super comforting. They took care of every minor detail and very patient with us. Our kid enjoyed the stay in private pool. We know about the location but I think we indeed prefer quiet location where we can do some walks. Rooms are clean and modern. Views are fantastic. Having breakfast as well in the Villa is a good experience.

Nothing. Wi-Fi is bit inconsistent for our last two days. But it is not hotel’s fault but their service provider. Since, the basement floor doesn’t have 4G signal, without the Wi-Fi the room is totally disconnected. But this is a very minor one-off issue. Didn’t really bother us so much.

We feel like we are part of the Cape 9 family and will definitely be returning and recommending it.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! This was a special anniversary for us and Cape 9 went over and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time!! We booked bed & breakfast, and the breakfasts are amazing & served directly to your villa. Everything was fresh and delicious! The staff were very knowledgeable and super enthusiastic about the local area! It was like HOME from HOME!! THANK YOU .

Relaxing setting in the most spectacular Villa !

Everything at Cape 9 was amazing. Most importantly the customer service was superb. Joanna and Katerina were amazing before and during our stay. Helping us sort out activities before we got there and then making our stay the best ever while we were there. Everything is calm and smooth at Cape 9. You immediately feel relaxed when you get there. Our Villa was spectacular. The private pool and the view of the Caldera were incredible. The Villa has everything you could need and it is so comfortable. The bed is the most delicious bed and huge !! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had a tiny problem with the lights one day and in less than 2 minutes they were there to help and sort it. Our coffee machine started acting a little weird and in 2 minutes we had a new one...The service was amazing. Everyone is super friendly, always had a lovely smile. We stayed 1 week in Santorini but only the last 2 days at Cape 9 and as a final treat to fully relax before heading home it was perfect. I would love to go back !! Thank you Cape 9 team for making our stay so special. We loved it !!

Outstanding!!! Pictures do not do it justice!

Cannot recommend Cape 9 enough! Staff were incredible! We had the villa for getting ready the morning of our venue and the staff could not do enough for us! My bridesmaids and parents fell in love with Cape 9 whilst there the day of the wedding. We will 100% be back!

Outstanding- spectacular views - Great staff

Firstly we arrived late and the properly was clean and the pool was lit and the pool was warm. It was nice and quiet. The view is spectacular. The staff were welcoming, carried our bags and a quick run through of the property. I loved our villa, we got the superior honeymoon suit. The pool is heated. The property staff give you a map and together we came up with essential places to visit and restaurants. The staff were always ready to go the extra mile. Would stay here again. It was a special week for our anniversary and the hotel staff made it that much special. Taxis are very expensive- to and from will cost 60euros for a 15 minute or less journey Unfortunately ran out of euros to give them the big tip they deserved.

Personally I think the Food could be improved. Some days I would have loved to stay in the hotel for lunch and not travel to restaurants. The one day we stayed the food was dry and not to liking. I am a vegetarian so the variety for that was almost nothing and my fiancé had the full english breakfast and after two days of mediocre breakfast we decided to have their tasty walnut yogurt only and fresh juices which is disappointing . However having breakfast brought to you while sitting watching the view is priceless. The staff come to collect the plates at a timely fashion which again was outstanding customer service. Most hotels have a washroom or can accommodate a late check out this one did not and we were given the option to wash outside with no curtain and get changed in the toilet which was unpleasant so make sure you don’t book a late flight back or book a different hotel for the last night.

Lovely stay, with spacious accommodation in Akrotiri

The property was beautiful. The villa was well appointed The service was great. Dimitri drove us on his own so we could watch the sun set in time at the lighthouse. The beds were comfortable and the villa was sparkling g clean. The breakfast was wonderful, so delicious and such a treat to have it set up in the terrace. Staff is attentive and friendly.

I wish we would have been staying on the Cliffside for an unobstructed view of the caldera. Have to drive everywhere, and taxis sometimes take a while. While the location is peaceful and beautiful, rent a car is you stay a while.

Santorini Escape

Great escape. Really quiet location to spend time with my family. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly, especially Eka and Cesar. The villa was very clean, well equipped and made us feel at home. Some beautiful beaches are located nearby and the drive to Fira and Oia only 30 to 45 min away. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to avoid the busy and crowded cities and enjoy quiet time with the family.

While the food was excellent, the options seem a bit limited. This was not a problem as there are some really good restaurants nearby..

Thé hôtel was exceptional , Évry details About it was great , the view , the calm , the bed , Netflix, the heated swimming pool … but the most important this is the people working in the hotel , they are exceptional , they do not treat you as a cash cow but as their own guest. I highly recommend it
