All facilities are available that you require

I would advise anyone wishing to stay there to check the location. I was working at the cricket ground and it is quite near. However if you are planning to go out most nights to parties etc and beach. Note it is nowhere near any of tourism locations and a 45 minutes walk to nearest beach

Did not notice on booking,com that there was an added fee of$50 US for cleaning , We were surprised by that, it seemed high given the small space .Our whole house gets cleaned for $75 ,

To be honest my stay at here was wonderful, out relationship with the landlady and her family was so warm and cordial.

it’s secure, quiet , comfortable and serviceable , I really enjoyed the wonderful wifi service. it help me a lot when I felt bored.

it’s too monotonous , no outdoor distractions 😒

The host Denyse is a great, open and loving person. She did not only play a host but went further to provide some helpful tips and well as order taxi for our trip

The internet is epileptic and a toilet door (in the room I stayed) would make the place perfect. For solo travellers with no visitors, it's a great place to be- ad is.

Communication worked well. WiFi working well. Located near the airport and north western beaches, and the capital. Quiet area

Fridge with big freezer compartment and aircon made lots of noise, so needed earplugs at night. No mosquito net over bed

A comfortable apartment with a kind, accommodating, and resourceful host.

Denyse went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and as convenient as possible. She provided me with a reliable and cheap taxi contact available round-the-clock. The room contained all the facilities needed for a convenient work stay: an iron, a great shower with readily available warm water and excellent pressure, a comfortable bed, a powerful AC that cooled down the apartment in less than a minute, a fully-stacked kitchen with all amenities needed for home-cooking, abundant lighting, a working desk, and a spacious wardrobe. The property is located a 1-minute walk away from a market and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and picturesque. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it is *extremely* good value for money, best I've ever had!

i had a comfortable stay and Densye and her family were very friendly

location was ok denyse offered a taxi service cheaper than the normal ones. i used public transport a lot it was a short walk to the bus stop longer for me with a walking aid and had no trouble getting to the places I wanted to

breakfast could have been provided. I believe this is going to be available in the near future. no nearby restaraunt

Antigua and Denyse was an extremely pleasant experience and definitely would go back.

I booked was only for overnight and Denyse was very accommodating with everything and helped me with travel to the airport Saturday and Sunday morning 4am and I appreciate the help and your hospitality. You all made me very welcomed. And recommend this property immensely.. 😍

I had problems with the wi-fi. It took a little while to connect. However, this could be the supplier not the customer.

Looking forward to returning

the unit we stayed in was very cosy. The bed was comfortable and good shower pressure. Room equipped with anything you need for a self catering accommodation. The host and her family make the property what it is, she’s super friendly and welcoming. would recommend a stay at Denyse cottage

The location means you either need to hire a car, get lifts from the host for a fair price or get a lot of taxis. on google maps it’s only 45 mins to walk to the beach which usually wouldn’t put us off but the pavements in Antigua don’t really exist . so bear that in mind.

Exceptional

Location is very close to the airport and its easy to hop on the bus and fastly get to the city center. Place is very comfortable and clean. Wifi and TV worked very well. Denyse was super helpful with all my requests.

Sadly on holidays and sundays, buses are not running. So, if you want to get to city center without a your own car, its very difficult. Also there are not restaurants or shops around. Only small supermarket.

The apartment was on the grounds of owners family home so there was a lovely homely feeling/ atmosphere.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Very good

Denyse! She is the perfect host. She was at the door to greet me when I arrived and from the off made me feel very welcome. She even took me to get something to eat in the evening. Brilliant hospitality.

The mosquitoes! I know they cannot be helped, but perhaps if the apartment had been sprayed before I arrived, there would have been less. However, once the AC got going, that put an end to most of them.

Awesome place

Denyse was extremely helpful and courteous. I landed in antigua early and was able to check in before the allotted check-in time.
