The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The breakfast area has a beautiful view over Manizales and the mountains.
The shower hot water knob was backwards and they didn’t tell me so I thought there was no hot water. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for help to turn on the hot water because when I tried to turn it on nothing happened and it seemed that there was no hot water. They should have told me that the knob is backwards. My pillow was stained and there was hair on it.

The views from the enclosed patios. The room was recently refurbished, private, clean and comfortable and good value for the area. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is conveniently situated near Parque Caldas and Aereo Cable station. You can walk to anything worth seeing in the center and take the cable car to Villamaria town. For Palermo and Milan, you have to take a taxi.
They had a magnificent view and an area with comfy couches to enjoy.
I wasn't bothered by any outside noise during the night.
Staff is attentive.
Even though location is convenient, there are some slopes you need to cross in order to get to the Parque which might be a hurdle for the elderly.
Room was tiny and very basic.
Walls are super thin so you can easily hear your neighbor speaking at a normal voice.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is new, the staff super friendly, everything perfectly clean and comfy. The location on the hill is great as well, you have got great views and just a short walking distance to the city center.
There is no shared kitchen where you can cook, but you can have some plates etc. if you need and store your food in the hotel fridge.

Room is a good size. Bed was fine. Common areas seemed nice. Best part was the view from the room window.
Electricity was out for the first 6 or 7 hours I was there. I needed to charge my phone and use the internet, so that messed me up. I don't blame the staff for that issue, but I was annoyed that they still charged me full price. Even when the internet came back, it was so slow (maybe because I was in a corner room?) that I left early the next day.

The acommodation is impecably clean. Close to the center, but still very quiet. The breakfast is very good and the view from the kitchen is spectacular. Is a family hotel and we felt very welcomed.
The room is a little small. It should have more shelves or something to put your clothes.

Everyone working in the hotel was very nice and accommodating. There is an amazing view over the city from the common area. Pretty good location, albeit it's uphill if you're heading towards the center (or if you want to reach the cable car to go to the bus terminal)
The room was very, very small - we could barely fit our backpacks in it, it was basically just one big bed and a small passage to the bathroom. The photos are definitely taken with a wide angle. Bathroom could definitely use some maintenance, things were falling off (toilet seat, shower door etc).

The staff were all great, always smiling and offering help or a light-hearted conversation. Room was exceptionally clean and suited for all of our needs. Breakfast was not included through booking but they did offer a delicious meal that was both affordable, filling and tasty. It is easy to arrive through Manizales's metro cable; just a few blocks away which made our daily expeditions low-cost regarding transportation.

The place was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and even spoke some English which was not expected. They offered coffee every day. Breakfast available for an extra charge. The wifi pretty much worked well. The bed wasn't too bad. The location was central and easy to walk to from the gondola public transportation.
Mainly the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything in the hallways and in the other rooms. l could easily hear the phone of the person at reception going off all night. Anytime anyone buzzed in it was really loud. People doing work on the hotel early in the morning. Even heard someone in another room getting sick after presumably drinking too much. It was not a quiet hotel for sure.
Also the cost was pretty high for what it was but that was probably because of the Feria, everything was expensive at that time.

Great location, a couple of blocks from the church and plaza at the top. Also near the teleferico station. Very clean room, wonderful view from the shared balcony over the town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice hot shower, good wifi. Washing machine is also available for use. Couldn't complain about anything.

The walls are built in drywall so the noise of the other rooms are perceptible.
The TV hasn’t cable service, only local air channels.
No hot water.
The parking is two blocks from the hotel.
