nothing! this is not a hotel. it is a building under construction. firstly nobody ever mentioned before booking this place that it is only accessible by boat and only until sunset. we would never book a place like this. we booked it after sunset and then they informed us in an email in Spanish that we must take a boat. but there was no boat. none of the staff speaks English. in a very complicated way we got to the ‘hotel’. it is very dirty, construction work everywhere, the elevator is totally destroyed and life threatening. this hotel must be closed and renovated before they appear in booking.com!
the only positive is the view but honestly I prefer an ugly view than this whole experience… horrible! and on top of it very expensive for this whole chaos.
- bed sheets were clearly used before us, it even had blood on it.
- no hot water and you almost can not take a shower cause there is no pressure at all
- the curtain felt off as soon as we touched it
- the floor was very dirty
- the wall was dirty and the paint was falling down
- the balcony is unusable and very dirty
- the breakfast is not really a breakfast… the cutlery was dirty, needed to ask another one. eggs tasted real bad, like they are there since ages… bread was burnt.

Wonderful view. The hotel is directly at the sea in a snorkeling area very calm and without any party or noise at all around 200m. Playa grande can be reached by swimming 150m or in a boat until 6pm, after that it is difficult to get there. Hotel personnel are very friendly and welcoming.
Accessibility is very very limited. Only reachable by boat from Taganga or walking uphill a path for 20min. Boat ticket is on you, needs to be careful agreed before the ride in Taganga. No elevator which is pretty bad since it has 6 floors and the reception is in the ground floor and the swimming pool is on the roof top. Parts of the hotel are not well maintained in particular the swimming pool and the damaged elevator.

Terrible hotel with super view!
You can just go with a boat to the hotel. We didn´t know that before. No Information on booking or from the hotel in advance.
Every transfer with the boat has to be pay. Last boat leaves at roundabout 9 pm.
They have just one boat, so it might happen that you have to wait 30 minutes or more to leave the hotel.
We didn´t get the room we booked at the beginning.
It took 1,5 days for that.
It took 1 day till we got towels.
The shower was not working.
We have to go for every single shower up to the pool or to the room beside our one.
The rooms are big but there is nothing in.
Just a bed and that’s it. No decoration, no hair dryer or anything else which should be standard.
TV was not working too.
The hotel it self seem not finished and still under construction
Just one type of breakfast.
Generally it is ok, but after serval days it would be nice to have something else.
Last but not least it was not possible to get a bill…

The location was great, quite and remote from people.
No toiletries and not informed of access only by boat.
No internet and no way to contact office.
No rubbish bins, which caused pollution of rub bish into the sea.

The hotel is on the mountain, very close to the sea and has a nice view
The hotel in not at the main beach, it requires a boat to get there, which we did not expect. As the address in google maps is different.
We were told that the boat can only be taken during the day, so we were locked there during the evening. The hotel has just opened so hopefully it will change.
