Esperienza PESSIMA

Esperienza PESSIMA in senso vera della parola. Camera dell'ultimo piano,al soffitto anche pericolosa direi. Con la porta che si accede direttamente in cucina condivisa in comune. Zero privacy in assoluto e ancora meno la possibilità di poter dormire perché dalle 7.45 del mattino è tutto in movimento e senza il rispetto verso altrui. Ricavare una stanza in un contesto del genere è davvero di basso livello.Box doccia mal tenuto, com la possibilità di trovare il bagno in parte allagato. Collazione solo i dolci niente salato come lo espongono in foto. Veramente da sconsigliare e riguardare soprattutto l'accoglienza che fin dall'inizio ha mostrato alcune lacune

Soggiorno piacevole, B&B molto grazioso, consigliato.

Camera esteticamente molto bella, ben arredata, con grande terrazza e bel panorama. Kit di cortesia e acqua in frigo molto apprezzati. Colazione buona e collaboratrice molto gentile. Facilità nel trovare posto auto.

Consiglio di provvedere alle diverse macchie di muffa ben visibili che stonano con la bellezza della camera. Anche se nella descrizione è riportato che la camera è insonorizzata, purtroppo non è così. Il letto matrimoniale è composto da due materassi singoli, avrei preferito un unico materasso. Maniglia interna del bagno da aggiustare, lampadina accanto allo specchio del bagno da sostituire.

We stayed in a place with a magnificent view while we were looking for a place to just lay our heads at night and clean

The location of the place we stayed was good and very nice. The owner is helpful and the staff is also friendly. Even though we didn't get along very well in Italian, she asked us if we were satisfied with hand signals.

The place where we stayed was clean, but for a meticulous person, small places stood out. It would be great if they bought fresh bread or croissants for breakfast from the bakery or market (this was a little upsetting).

The owner Igor was most friendly and a mine of information about local attractions. The vista on Rome and surrounding areas from our balcony is unforgettable. Substantial breakfast.

Great stay on the way to Rome, wonderful view from the top of the hill! Room also had a wonderful terrace. Great host, great breakfast. Easy and free street parking next to the property.

The staff both at check in and for breakfast were really friendly, the room was really nice and clean and the town around felt really nice and safe. Also really close to the town of nemi by car which is an absolute must-visit for anyone who hasn’t been!

Due to the ceilings being quite slanted I did hit my head a lot, partially me just being clumsy but it would be difficult for a tall person given that I am only 5”11’ and walked into the ceiling frequently aha

The perfect place to be with great hosts

Great, multilingual hosts. They speak Italian, English, French and German. Both are art historians and city guides, so they know their way around. The terrace has a spectacular view and the house is very nice. Parking is easy, even in August.

I should have stayed longer.
