Great location for temple visit.

It was just by the temple, less that 2 minutes walk from west tower.

No car is allowed on the road in front of the hotel. You have to walk with luggages for 2 minutes from main road to reach the hotel.

No need to say anything. I will never go to the hotel.

It is very poor house keeping, no restaurant. I extended by journey after 12:00 PM of first day state and paid two days amount but they refused to give Bill for my payment. At last after I insisted they gave one day bill only. They are not honest and customer friendly. My rating is less than Zero of 10 point scale (1 poor and 10 excellent).

House Keeping. They must be honest in giving proper bill to customer for their stay period.

Location only.

We booked it 2 months in advance but when we showed up there they asked more price for the room than what we had booked for. We were tired and paid extra despite the fact that we had booked more than a month ago and all the rooms were empty in the hotel. This is very bad and shocking.

Location is inside the temple premises, when we called, staff responded to us, but could not arrange to park the car nor they called back to check about our stay. We do understand about the time period/ peak season, hence we had made a early booking, we would have loved if anyone from the hotel would have helped us to park the car and provided the room, after calling up multiple times we were lost and could not find the hotel on time for our stay, hence we could not locate the hotel nor we could not stay in this hotel.

Exceptional

best hotel to stay if you would like to visit Meenakshi Amman temple. It is between North and East tower of temple.. and the view from the hotel room and terrace is awesome.

Charged extra for the water which is meant to be free.

Location is superb. Just 100 meters from the east gate of temple.

The staff charged us extra for the water bottle they provided us, that too without the prior information. Really disappointed. And above all this he didn't give the bill for the charged bottles as well.

The hotel staff was helpful and rooms were very clean. Very near by to North Tower entrance of Meenaksi Amman temple. Best choice if you travel by bus to visit the temple.

AC was not functioning well. Didn't check about the car park facility. Since the hotel is inside temple complex ,had to park the car on the roadside and walk for half a km.

Not a good one

It is very near to the Meenakshi temple. The rooms and rest rooms were clean.lift facilities were available. Hot water available.

No taxi / auto access to the street where the Hotel is located. The street is only for pedestrians. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Each room they allow only two adults. They charge extra for kids above 7 years. The city as such is in a state of chaos as roads are dug up for smart city. Had to pay lot of money for commuting to taxis and auto.

Good

Very near to temple, you can easily access west and south gates hardly 50 meters walk. You get food, dress nearby. Big cot 6*6 and comfortable soft (depends) mattress, we had good sleep. A/c room. Complimentary tea/coffee in the morning. Polite staff, they will help you to get food if needed.

Very tiny bathroom without exhaust fan. Temple ring road is under maintenance so car will not go there,we had bad time searching the hotel. No parking space, so finally we had to leave our car in the railway parking and come by autorikshaw. Even then you need to walk 100 meters around to come to the hotel as the road under maintenance. No breakfast,
