The villa was colder than outside. We were shivering after entering the villa but were warmer outside. The staircase to first floor was connected from outside. So I could not let my children sleep on first floor so basically i couldnt use first floor at all. For adults or different family its fine but for kids to sleep on different floors the stairs from outside completely feels disconnected

Rooms were spacious and clean. location is convenient and view is nice as well

we found spiders in room and toilet. Also the breakfast was served late the first day and not good quality.

Location, views, property maintenance, helpfulness and friendliness of management/owner.

I feel it's bit pricey but it am not sure about it as i have not stayed anywhere else in Kodaikanal to compare.

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view!

Fantastic view from the balcony, good breakfast everyday and really helpful and communicative hosts.

The house wasn't completely clean (towels had smudges, glasses had dirt on them, blankets had dirt and grime, dried and stuck on them). The location made it really difficult to get to kodaikanal and only one restaurant delivers to here.

The best Home Stay experience with a wonderful view

The villa was very clean and tidy . it is in a very good place near by kurunji murugan temple..Which has an exotic valley view from the villa balcony. Everyday breakfast was fantastic and tastes really good. Property owners and everyone are very friendly and sight seeing was also arranged by the owners referral. We really had a friendly drivers and showed each and every place with complete explanation .

Nice simple stay with minimalist facilities but enough for one to enjoy the nature

location and view from the villa is very good. All rooms and bathrooms were very clean

Nothing for breakfast, tea and coffee. One can cook it but if there was cook facility it will enhance the experience. Maid comes in mornings to clean the room and vessels though there was no heater and it was chilling

Great location and the Host Ramesh is super responsive ..it’s a perfect gateway for a family who need to be get out for vacations!! I specially thanks Host and Owner Mr Ramesh who was very supportive throughout the entire stay … I HIGHLY are recommending this property ..
