Beautiful old stone cottage

Quality restoration of the old rector's cottage attached to the chapel.

It was beside a busy road, but not much traffic at night so didn't affect our sleep.

Great cosy little cottage. It had everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Lovely log fire

Furnished Traditional Cottage with a Wonderful Welsh Welcome!

The property is beautifully restored, you can feel the love that has gone in to it and it has everything we could have needed as a family of four. Though next to a main road we were not bothered by traffic noise at all. Our children would like to return next weekend and quite possibly every weekend.. haha! A lovely warm Welsh welcome received from our thoughtful hosts. Hubby and I loved the wood burner to snuggle up in front of in the evenings. We enjoyed the location too, with the forest 5 mins down the road we spent most of our time walking and hired mountain bikes there. 10 mins up the road is a lake for walking around or fishing, etc. 15 mins up the road is Zip World so we just had to have a go at some cave trampolines. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Perfect.

Ty Capel Jeriwsalem was the perfect base to explore that part of Wales. It was a wonderful balance of traditional with modern convenience. We were welcomed by the owners but it felt private and like our own place all week. We were house hunting in Devon at the time & would have loved to take the whole cottage back to Devon with us!

We like Wi-fi to share our adventures on social media. There was Wi-fi but even when it was working at it's best, it was very slow to upload my photo's to the internet.

Home from home

The property was very clean and very well equipped... Like home from home! The property is rustic but solid! We really loved our stay and would definitely book again. The little touches such as Welsh cakes, filter coffee, Radio times and fresh flowers were noted and appreciated. We thank our hosts very much and look forward to coming back again.

Traditional Welsh cottage in a beautiful location but with everything you could need for your stay. Very clean and the owner’s were welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
