Good location on the beach close to the airport, concept of having private swimming pool for the room besides the other pools, friendly polite stuff, quality and choice of food for all inclusive
Wifi weak, bathroom should be renovated
9.0
Good priced all inclusive and customer service was 10/10! We enjoyed the food , the views and always sun chairs available. We arrived late and got fruit and wine in our room ( we had let them know we were arriving late and if something could be provided) . We got late 13.00 check out and a shower room before our taxi to airport at 18.00 , they let us have all
inclusive until then.More of a 3 star hotel but room clean and service great. can’t fault it for the price.
wish more cocktails drinks were included, 8 cocktail were so not shabby but all super sweet ones, honestly only “bad” thing so not a big issue .

Huge territory with swimming pools, next to the beach.

Our room stunk, because there was an issue with the sewage, they fixed it the next day, but it still smelled badly, it was my bday so I preferred to ignore it. Stuff was nice, and sea close to the hotel.
But I would not recommend to stay there. Also pictures are not corresponding with reality, the rooms and furniture are old, walls are thin and u can hear everything in the hallway and next rooms

the airplanes over all times of the day and night

The staff is very fantastic! Our room with pool is amazing

Friendly staff, hardworking. Nice location. Private pool was great. Water was cold in end of September but not unusable.
Loved the island, Rhodes old town, grand master, Lindos.
we didn't like the food taste, though you get all kind of meat. Taste could have been better. Also apart from beer and wine, you have to pay for cocktails, not included in all-inclusive. Wish pool bar also has snacks and hot mini foods.
There isn't kids menu, so my toddler spent almost all the time eating French fries, icecream.
Rhodes disappointed us with their limited public transport, which is like 1 bus every 30mins. It's not bad, but I expected better public facilities. May I'm being more German here. We were rushed in Lindos, where we had to stay in long queue for 30 mins. Administration should communicate better that those who have online ticket can go up directly; most of us in queue have already bought ticket online (note that the official websites design are 10years old)

The food was very poor and not a great deal of choice. The female manger was always so rude and. It friendly at all.
Hotel is on a flight path and very noisy with planes landing every 5-15 mins.

The hotel is really okay. Good place to chill. Clean and enjoyable.
+ the garden was pretty! Many flowers and trees out there
+ there was in fact 1 pool available for all guests, big enough and really clean
+ the room was good enough (only those ones with a sea view were well placed)
+ food was tasty! Many dishes and long timeframes to eat. Local wine, some beer and coffee/tea available
+ there were 2 bars and many drinks to choose
+ ADDITIONALY, we've received free 15min massage vouchers, there were free pool towel and many sunbeds to take. We also could stay around for few hours, after checking out
The hotel need some little fixes, like:
- damaged pool ladder
- broken towel bar in our bathroom
- some of windows in a room were dirty
- poor gym (like 2-3 treadmills and 2-3 other things, nothing special)
- food was tasty, but every day pretty similar
There are airplanes (every 30-45min) directly above the hotel. It was nice to observe them for first few days, but then we were a bit exhausted with the noise.
The nearest beach wasn't really good. There is a street (not busy) between hotel and a beach! It isn't showed at any hotel's photo :) The beach is like 5-meters wide and there's just nothing much to do there but swimming with almost no people around. For wider place you have to go a bit further.

Upon arrival, at 10 o'clock in the morning, we were able to occupy the room immediately, which was much better than the one we had booked. We received a bottle of wine and fruits as a finishing touch. Before leaving, a gift package was waiting in the room. The staff was happy to fulfill all our wishes. We were given clean sheets every day. The food was also perfect, including the seafood. Special thanks to Miss Mixalista Tsimbidaki, guest relations manager, who helped us in everything. His performance deserves at least a thousand points.
I will recommend the hotel to everyone!

I’ve been here the first week of September, the property is amazing.
the food was really delicious and the stuff really kind and helpful.
I want to thank in particularly the guest relation manager mixalitsa, she made our stay special, she was there for everything we need it and help in any occasion.
I really recommend this place.

The hotel is very old, needs maintenance. The room was not clean every day.

Customer service did best to resolve issues but hands tied by management and lack of alternatives.
Response to food issues / Cleanliness of pool / Location of hotel

The private pool was OK, but too dirty.
It seemed very old and not maintained properly. The food was horrible. I mean, really horrible, some of the worst foods, me and my husband has ever had. Even our 4 year old daughter didn’t really want to eat, and said it smelled bad in the buffet. Quality of the food seemed horrible and cheap, drinks were bad. I have nothing good to say about the food.
There was a cockroach in our room. Thanks to the lovely and friendly cleaning staff who found it quickly and killed it.
It was 30-35 C but there was one bottle of water in our room. If we wanted more water, we had to go to the pool bar and get cups, which was quite far away. If we wanted more water, we had to pay? That seemed insane to us, when it was an all inclusive stay. And the woman in the reception was very unhelpful and seemed like she got provoked by our question.

pool area was decent
We feel it’s not as it’s advertised 4*. The rooms are very basic and the air con in our room
wasn’t working at all, even after requesting 5 times for someone to come and look at no one came, we are both diabetic and the heat effects our sugar levels. There were not many vegetarian options for food at any of the meal times, lucky we were only there for 3 nights.

Avery laid back and chilled hotel, would definitely recommend
Food was very nice - standard buffet but with alot of choices.
Poolside entertainment was good, went with 2 teens who actually joined in for once
More bar staff needed

The staff were really kind and helpful
The food was not good especially breakfast, there was bugs in our room, the pool outside our room was filthy. The towels are only changed three times a week and the room only cleaned the same. The pictures didn’t really match the ones on here. The planes fly directly over the hotel and you constantly hear them and they are extremely loud.
2.0
The location, pool and the closeness to the beach!
No regular cleaning! Out of our 4 days stay, cleaning happened only once and that too after multiple calls, visit to reception and so on! Also worth noting, there was no water for hours for two days and we could not even take shower and go to toilet as the flush was not functional!

staff were really friendly
nice views, nice pool

Absolutely stunning panoramic views in our suit! The most beautiful sunset I've ever seen.
There were very few vegan options at the buffet for dinner.

Nice location. Very clean
The bar in the evening had one very slow person working it. There was no music couple. Of days I people getting fed up to wait for drink. Maybe up to 20 mins. The alcohol was beyond vile!. Had to buy it from outside! Undrinkable unless you like neat rocket fuel. Food ok. But always lukewarm. The guests in the hotel were so unfriendly. No nice atmosphere to make friends.

Allowed us to arrive early and use facilities. All staff so kind and friendly and work very hard. Beautiful lactation lovely peaceful gardens with loungers if music by the pool is not your thing. Great animation pair, we enjoyed the yoga and water aerobics, my children enjoyed water polo and volley ball. Food was ok but loved the restaurant area, light airy and option to sit outside in sun or shade. Room was gorgeous. Although right on the flight path and planes came over low they stopped at night and the windows were sound proofed anyway. Didn't disturb us and most people seemed to enjoy watching the planes fly over which weren't that many. Lovely quiet road by the beach to enjoy nice walks and a few shops and restaurants close by on a quiet and low rise nice resort.
How rude some of the guests are to staff - please and thank you goes along way for these hard working and polite people.

I enjoyed everything

The staff was really nice and helpful. Comfortable room with pool. Big variety of food all the time.
There is not much space to park the vehicle.
2.0
Very friendly and helpful people, beautiful clean swimming pool
Rooms are wet & moldy due to the lack of windows, no ventilation, beds and furniture overall is very out dated and hardly holds together. Also location is very close to the airport and there is landing plane every 30 - 40 min - its very loud. No beach - almost impossible to swim in the sea.
