Nicely located on the edge of town but only 5 minutes from the centre.
Nothing.

All facilities and equipment in the kitchen and bathroom you need. Comfortable beds. Spare blankets in the room we were grateful for as it did get a bit chilly (we stayed early May).
Everywhere very clean. Bedding and towels changed every 3 days. Lots of coat hangers in the wardrobe - the first holiday I've emptied and hung my entire suitcase!
Our friends who stayed in the room above also loved their room and didn't have any complaints.
The location was great! 5 minutes walk to the main strip and 10 to the beach. Supermarket and pharmacy close by.
One evening after returning from dinner for our friends birthday, we were told to keep quiet on the balcony as there were children staying there. Not a problem really, we weren't being too loud, just talking on the outside seating area outside our room, but perhaps it would have been better to advise on the booking there can be children staying and noise at 11pm is not welcome. There is a dog who lives downstairs, who doesn't have to abide by the noise restrictions ;o)
We still would stay again though as we just chose to stay in the restaurants a little later until we were ready for bed.
Mosquitos! Can't be helped. So a bit of advice - buy the repellent plug ins! They saved our skin!

Little space in the kitchen.

Great location - close enough to the action but tucked away and quiet. Comfy bed. Lots of space in the very clean apartment - and the cleaner comes every day to do bins, sheets and towels every few days - she is also particularly helpful and kind and able to answer any queries.
Nothing.

Good location within short walk of Main Street. Very clean and well presented.
Comfy bed.
Pillows were too firm for us but staff found softer ones that were much better.

This apartment was really great for the price! Yianna and the cleaner were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect!
Overall really great, maybe just missing a few items and the dog downstairs barking for most of the night (totally out of their control however, just a warning!!)

It was excellent value for money. It was basic but had pretty much everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. It was cleaned every day. Had a fridge, toaster, kettle and hob. Best part was it was right next to Natalie’s Hotel and Apartments and we were free to use their pool and bar and it was such a lovely place to hang out!
The shutters are metal so a bit harsh but you can open them up when you are in the apartment. Apartment 1 had a terrace but no balcony so we couldn’t sit out at night as our daughter was in her bed. All other apartments in the block have a balcony so this was a pity!

location was good. bed was comfy. air con was DEFINITELY amazing.
hair on the spare blankets. there was an old rusty viagra tin on top of the bathroom cabinet in room 1. the sink was awkwardly positioned and the kettle/toaster etc. was fairly outdated. the messages from the owners on booking.com was extremely professional and polite however we wasn’t actually get greeted by anyone jut out room was open and keys left inside. it was a different was of checking in that I was use to but doesn’t mean it’s not for everyone.

It was a lovely apartment and the bottle of wine in the room was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend staying here!

Had everything you needed. Was close to the main shops and the beach.
Nothing, everything was as expected.

I stayed in studio number 4, which has the best view of the sea. You can see the sunrise from the balcony. This room doesn't have a sofa but is spacious enough for 2 people. The balcony is also big enough. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is good. The kitchenette has all you need. I would suggest adding a salad bowl. There was a welcoming bottle of wine and water. The beach is within walking distance and the sea is great. Maybe 10 minutes if you don't stop for a frappe. Skala is a small city but very pretty. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Taverna Apostolis, socrates Taverna, Galera Restaurant, Ta Pitharia Tavern were among our favorites. There are only 2 local buses from Argostoli to Skala (Monday to Friday 10.30 and 14.30 and 1 bus on Saturday 14.30). No local bus on Sundays. Taxi from/to airport cost 60 euros. I will definitely come back and stay at this property, providing that studio 4 is available.

Spacious. Lots of storage.. Bit of sea view from balcony. Only 200m from centre of village.. A couple of issues which were dealt with instantly by the management. Apostolis taverna just around the corner was excellent.
Not as clean as it could have been on arrival although the cleaner apologised and made sure it improved. Building work across from balcony.. Kitchen area cramped by the door to the balcony when it was open. No door between lounge and bedroom which meant using a lot . more air-conditioning than needed. Aircon will only work when patio doors completely shut which was not explained.and led to a late phone call.

Our stay was wonderful ,Dimitris offered us a great welcome and was really helpful with all our needs during our stay . Really cozy and clean rooms .Moreover the place is in a very quiet bit central place in the village with almost everything on a walking distance .We will be sure to choose again for our next visit .

The room is very comfortable with anything you need to have a great vacation in Kefalonia. The location of the apartment is at a real close walking distance from the beach. The room was exceptionally clean, with air condition that covers the whole place. The kitchen is perfect for cooking anything you would like. The room has an extraordinary view at the sea with a very nice balcony to rest at and have a coffee. Furthermore the host Dimitris is very kind and helpful. He brought everything I needed for my vacation and he welcomed me with traditional local food and drinks. His responses where fast and covered all the aspects of my trip as he also guided me and consulted me to visit the best places on the island.
Everything was great.
