Great for holidays with children

Very quiet place. Enclosed garden, beautiful pool, outdoor seating. Good place to park. Very nice owners. Beautiful beaches 15-35 minutes away by car.

Just perfect!

The house deserves a 5+ rating! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, the house itself is perfect for a large family, the garden provides wonderful shades for coffee and meals and the pool is great. The area is quiet but you're 15 minutes away from the busy coast villages, with restaurants, terraces and beaches to choose from. Excellent experience - we would recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable but very comfortable holiday in the Zadar region!

Great pool and garden

We loved the garden with roses, trees, sofa-arrangement and the fantastic pool. We enjoyed that this place was only for us. Ivan and his family were very kind and Ivan was easy to communicate with. We will recommend this to anyone who likes a private place with pool and a relatively big house with everything you need. The terrace and the shadowed garden was great. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Superb

We had a fantastic stay, Ivan's family living in the neighbouring house were great host, they even provided us with some fresh vegetables from their garden. The house is larger than it seems by looking at photos. The place was spotless clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We truly enjoyed the beautiful garden and the pool.

Some wardrobes deserve little maintenance. Kitchen equipment could be better (pan, knives).

Friendly hosts, always ready to help. It only takes 1 day to feel at home. A nice house at your disposal, a great pool and an excellent location to explore the region of Zadar.

The stay in vacation home Duilo caused I rest in super atmosphere and recharded my batteries

Nice spacious house with great garden: brand new, clean pool, terace, sunbeds, tramoline for kids and swing to rest in shadow. Very helpful host Ivan and friendly atmosphere - you feel like you would visit family, not vacation house. House is in good location to do the sightseeing and after whole day you can come back and rest in a beautiful garden - you have full privacy because it is only for You.

There is nothing to complain about - everythin was perfect and I can definitely recommend this place!

Should stay for longer

Swimming pool was right size and gave us great fun. Very spacious place with room for everybody in quiet neighbourhood.

Fantastic stay!

We loved our 10 night stay and wished seconds have stayed longer. Great location, close to towns, beaches and national parks. The garden was so relaxing and our teenagers loved the pool. Ivan and his parents are wonderful hosts and make sure everything is going well. We will definitely come again!!!

Perfect quite house for family vacations

Located in quiet small village, away from main roads. Separated and gated. Building is very spacious, and while furnishings are somewhat aged, it is spotlessly clean and freshly renovated. And then there is a pool - what a joy. Perfect size to play with kids or swim for some recreation. Trampoline is a hit with kids, grill available if someone like that. Garden is beautiful and very relaxing. Balcony is located in such a way that it is never exposed to sun, perfect for all meals with family. Owners are located in nearby house. Not visibly present yet always helpful if needed. Beaches at Nin are about 20 minutes drive away, sandy or rocky - as one prefers. If you like quiet place for your relaxation - this is it.
