A fantastic week exploring the Algarve by car. Felicidade was a perfect quiet getaway for relaxing after the days adventure. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and well equipped. The pool was cool and clean. The location was great for getting anywhere on the Algarve. And the view was exceptional. Can't wait to go back!

A Perfect Place to Experience the Best of Loule & its surroundings

A superb property in a stunning location. Close enough to Loule to avail of all its facilities - restaurants, bars, beautiful beach and of course, the 'signature' Saturday market! Very quiet and also close to some wonderful walks. Veronique and Yannick were very welcoming hosts who produced excellent vegan and vegetarian breakfasts. They also provided excellent information and guidance on practical issues such as parking. The two dogs, Malou and her boyfriend were also very friendly!

This location exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend!

This B & B had beautiful views, we were served a delicious breakfast, and our room was very spacious. It was a way from the city and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.

Some people might be put off that it isn't closer to town but we appreciated the quiet!

Exceptional

Veronique took amazing care of us with a different breakfast every single day. Malu, the dog of Felicidade, was always excited to greet us when coming back. A car or Uber is definitely necessary as there are no public transport options closeby. Felicidade is the perfect choice for an undisturbed and relaxed vacation.

Great get away, close to Loule.

What a beautiful setting and a very gracious host! Breakfast was awesome overlooking the beautiful countryside. This was a great get away for us and we will definitely return.

Veronique and Yannik are very friendly and nice hosts. The appartment we booked was comfortable, the location is very quiet (6 km outside Loule). We had a phantastic view over the landscape down to the sea. Breakfast was delicious with a surprise on every day. Lot of advice what to do in the surrounding area. We recommand!!!

Lovely quiet stay in Algarve

Lovely location with a great view, accommodating hosts and a very nice breakfast every day. For us a presence of a (very friendly) dog on the property was a bonus :)

A very small point, but our room was quite noisy, especially regarding the sounds above us. That made the stay somewhat less comfortable for us.

Beautiful retreat

Stunning property with beautiful hosts. The view from the room and the pool area was fantastic. There’s a lovely outdoor kitchen and dining area where you can make some food. Their dog is gorgeous and friendly. The room was very large and comfortable with everything you need. Good WiFi. The breakfast was delicious and every morning something different and fresh. Hosts were lovely and let you enjoy their place as if it were your home.

Superb

Friendly hosts, amazing view, sweet dog of the house became a good friend. Homemade pastries for breakfast were great. Véronique and Yannick were always available to help if we had questions or had a problem. I would definetely recommend staying here.

Felicidade is a little paradise, hosted by a couple of angels...

Veronique and Yannick are exceptional hosts. They stayed up until midnight to wait for us to arrive (we drove 500 miles from Madrid due to the strike at Lisbon airport). They left us a wonderful breakfast (to make ourselves in their kitchen) because we slept very late. Felicidade is a paradise or as close to it as possible. We spent time swimming in the pool and watching the view from the terrace (all the way to the sea...). We shall return as soon as we can. Oh, and the dog was lovely too - keeping us company and asking to be petted.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that we had to leave and go on our way. We should have stayed longer!

Veronique and his husband Janicke are very nice people. They were always very friendly and attentive. The dog Malou always nice and easy going, the house and the room meet our expectativas. The house is the right place where we always like to come back when we come to Portugal. Everything wonderful. Thank you very much and hope to see you again soon.

Malou's relaxing retreat!

The room was nice and spacious. The host would change our towels daily and refill two small bowls with almonds and dried fruits. The bathroom is efficient but the glass bath screen of the showers doesn't really do the job as water leaks out. Breakfast is great with a selection of bread, jams, butter and tea or coffee. Every day the hosts would provide a different savoury egg based plate and sweet item (croissant, pastel de nata, chocolate bread etc...). During our breakfast Malou, their Labrador, would keep us company always looking to be cuddled and making us start our day with a smile. Parking in the property. The hosts are very friendly and are happy to organise dinners with the guests. Location is quiet and very secluded on top of the hill. The closest city to the property is Loulé which is lovely and provide a wide selection of restaurants and artisan shops. If you plan to visit many beaches like we did in different parts of Algarve (from west to east), we would not suggest to use this property for the whole stay, as its relative isolation makes it inefficient as your base of operation. It's a great place to relax and focus on the eastern part and interior of Algarve.
