Perfect staff, room................. I will recomend for everyone.
Everting was OK
4.5
Staff in breakfast and bar staff were fantastic. We even spoke with owner who was ultra nice. Bedroom area was modern and stylish, keep it up. Garden area was really well kept.
In the bedroom the bathroom could do with some renovation and kitchen area was there for nothing. ( Old fashioned). Ideally towels do not occupy loungers cause it was hard to find a spot near pool.

Loved the hotel, please don’t book if you have bad mobility, steep hill up to the hotel
Nothing at all absolutely loved it

The Location, nearby shops and the very easy to get to any of the beautiful beaches in Skiathlons as well very good connection with transport. The staff was exceptional, without them my holiday wouldn't be so perfect thanks to Kristina, Frosina and very big thanks to Kostaki 😉he was so exceptional always ready to help where he can just carry on like that Kosta thanks again and of course Angelos you are rocking I hope we will see again very soon😊
I didn't like the breakfast every morning was the same, the breakfast could be combined with Mediterranean and Continental and mix with Greek delicious food, I hope they could work to improve the breakfast.

Nice pool, sun beds, good price and location, friendly staff, clean room, evening meals served/pizza oven, fresh towels every day, parking and nice plants around the property.
Could do with having the old kitchen removed from the room we had and repair the patio door fly screen but looks like they are upgrading though as much more comfy beds than last time we stayed here, I’m sure Covid may have delayed their upgrading program a little.

Nice beach 5 minutes walking
Breakfast was good also the staff was nice
Price and quality are not adequate
In the kitchen there was no equipment only 2 glasses

A magnificent island full of pine forests and the Hermes hotel, hidden in the forest itself, exudes the smell of pine that wakes you up in the morning. Near one of the most beautiful beaches of Vromolimnos. Returning to the hotel after a few days, you feel joy and tranquility because the place has a soul. Standard for a hotel with 4 the stars are completely renovated, a comfortable bed with 4 pillow settings made of cotton satin, high-quality cotton towels, draperies that do not let the light through, an excellent breakfast consisting of the finest yogurt, Greek honey, black olives, pies, fruit... The shop within the hotel has some products that they don't have in the center that Mr. Lorenzo made sure were always fresh and available. The owner Angelo chose this location perfectly and gave this unique hotel a charm that is recognized and remembered

close to a few beaches (vromolimnos, troulos, skilithri,... ) , 2 rooms apartment, comfortable beds, very clean
very noisy at night when there was party in the restaurant by the pool, kitchen furniture looks old, fridge was very old but still functioning well

The Bed
We didn't like the way we were treated.
From the very first moment we arrived, the staff at reception was not what we expected. They didn't give any explanations, just gave us the key and point to the an staircase we needed to go, they then refer us to a note at the entrance of the reception if we needed anything. We then went to the room and we found birds on a nest on the hotel corridor. Once inside the room, it was filthy. The AC only reaches the living area, not the bedroom.
Right after we detected an issue with the shower head hanger, it was broken and we couldn't use the shower without having to hold the shower head ourselves. We went to communicate this to the reception and the person working in there made an awkward joke "I am very busy, don't you see?", he then said a Technician will look into it but we weren't given any estimated time on when this might happen. By the way we were treated we assumed it won't happen. So we sleep that night and we handed over the keys on the following morning even though we had it booked for three nights. We decided to loose our money and book a different accommodation for the rest of our stay in Skiathos.
Very poor experience overall.

Nice clean rooms, really good service desk. Really good location for the guests with the car. Good market in a neighbourhood.
Low wifi signal and no mosquito nets on doors, swimming pool closed too early

Pool and clean spaciois rooms
Before i start i have to add that thus was in August 20 when Greece was open during the covid pandemic.
However, I was disappointed as I booked the room based on facilities which upon arrival at the hotel were not available.
The restaurant and snack bar and coffee bar were all closed so you could only get soft drinks and alcohol at the hotel.
Nonfood of any sort was available.
The reception was always empty and to speak to a member of staff you had to go to the bar where a phone call would be made to management to resolve an issue.
The bar also closed at 12 and no drinks could be purchased after this.
This all meant that there was no atmosphere at the bar in the evening and most nights no one in the bar before 10.30pm, which was not ideal if you did not fancy going out in a taxi as local transport was limited due to covid and walking on the roads locally not recommended due to lack of pathways.
Imnsure it would be much nicer when all facilities are open.

The room didn’t have a toilet seat

The beds were comfy and the room very clean
There were just a few small things ,like a bulb missing in the bathroom empty holder where the hair dryer should be,we have stayed before at the Hermes and think the rooms could do with a little upgrade.
