Perfect beach house, not posh but just right. A few steps from the sea. Loved swimming everyday off the rocks. We were able to check in early which made our first day. Zoya and her mum were great hosts! We’d definitely visit again.

Everything was good

Wonderful location with lovely sea views and close to the centre of town. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The apartment felt very homely and comfortable - the washing machine was also a bonus. Zoya was quick to respond to any questions and she also came with me to direct me to the car park, which was very helpful.

A beautiful home away from home. This apartment has everything you could want to relax, and feel at home. The sea view was beautiful. Our host was exceptionally kind and accommodating to us.

Everything was perfect, Zoya is a fantastic host, full of love and kindness:) our kids loved her! She is available all the time which is really important. the view and the apartment is beautiful!

best location, nice apartment, helpful owner

The apartman is hands down in Piran's one of the best location because it is close to the main square, to the beach (personal beach space in front of the apartman), the beach restaurants, last but not least the sight is unbeatable with the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. The host is very helpful and cool, helped us everything. The bathroom is cozy and comfy, the kitchen is perfect for making a delicious dinner or lunch. A/C works perfectly. Bonus inflatable water matress and swimbelt. Optional coffee making machines for caffeine fans. Our fav spot in the apartment was the terrace. We will be back 100%.

If occupied, above the apartment the other accomodation is very loud even if they on a vacation with children. You can hear them walking on the stairs, but it's the location's disadvantage.

Incredible location. Balcony is unbeatable. Spotlessly clean. Big apartment. Comfortable bed. All the amenities. Lovely hostess. Good price.
