Es war für unsere kurze Zeit in Tropea absolut in Ordnung

Die Unterkunft war super zentral und die Besitzer wahnsinnig freundlich! Das Zimmer war blitzblank und neu. Der Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Haus und abgesperrt.

Was uns furchtbar gestört hat, war der schwarze Schimmel rings um die uralte Duschkabine! Die Dusche innen war neu, auch das Badezimmer wurde renoviert. Nur die Kabine an sich war schrecklich eklig. Ich wollte weder mich noch unseren Sohn duschen.

Worst price-value-ratio i experienced so far

Antonella was really nice and responsive

- handle of the door to the balcony was broken when we arrived, so it had to stay open at all times (first they said they cant fix it, it will take more than a week, and they knew about it but gave us the room anyways, hoping we wouldn’t care, after asking for cancellation and refund the craftsman came and fixed it the same day, but to top it, they went into the room to fix it without informing us) - it is definitely not sound proof, people in the hallway sound like they are in the room - shower has mold in each corner (see pictures) - toilet had sand in it - floor is mostly swept, not really clean - fresh towels and bed sheets have stains - fridge is not getting cold - wifi frequently cut out - warm water cut out for a day - location at loud and unsafe road without sidewalks (required to walk there everyday for anything, supermarket, beach, restaurants/bars, cafés, etc.) - no breakfast - its just serviced apartments (one room, no kitchen) with multiple other families living in the same complex - very small pool, shared with the entire condo - horrendously overpriced when considering all the above aspects (would recommend to search for local hotels on google maps as they are not listed on booking)

The view and balcony was great!

Cleaning of the rooms is between 08.30 - 09.30 which was to early for us. This made the stay non-cleaned.

Our experience was extremely bad, apart from the fact that we booked 2 rooms and one of them was not used because our friends who were going to travel with us got sick and the owner of the property refused to give us a discount or a partial refund but also their behavior was very bad they had directed us to booking customer service for every request or question, they also wanted to charge us extra for a room that was for 2 people but that in their reservation has resulted in only one guest, it took the intervention of the booking customer service for the owner to agree on what we had booked, they didn't even take into consideration the pronotation screen that we showed. So rude and inhumane people. The room was small, the pool was dirty.

very nice 👍 7 mins walking from Tropea city center. Staff very nice and helpful. Swimming pool is clean. Nice sea view and bed is very comfy. Room is new and clean. A big thank you to Antonella for the morning coffee !

highly recommended for groups .

A new complex that is spotlessly clean and comfortable. a few min walk to center. Because it’s just outside centro storico , you are guaranteed it will be peaceful at night. there is also a pool and deck for a dip and sun bathing .

Beautiful room with great location near the city. approximately 5 minutes to the town center. Private pool for the accomodation was a huge bonus in the hot days. Antonella kindly welcomed us and provided some water which was a nice gesture. Definitely wasn’t the last time here.

Great stay in Tropea!

Really nice room, as in the photos. We had a room on the 1st floor with a sea view and balcony. The room was very bright (window plus balcony) what makes the stay comfortable (there are also the shades that can be pulled). The cleaning was done very well. There was no breakfast in the offer but we were offered an italian breakfast (juice, jam, biscuits, jogurts, milk for a coffee) which was very nice. There is a coffee machine in the room and small fridge. Fast and good communication with the host. Regarding distance to the old city, it is very close, approx. 5-10 minutes walking. Because we were leaving Tropea late afternoon we were offered late checkout for free which was great and nice of the host. I would definitely recommend this place!

The only minus was that cups, plates, cutlery were plastic which made using them a little cumbersome (especially knife, also drinking coffee from the plastic cup is less convenient ). But I understand this is because of the covid so no problem with that. In general, everything is perfect to have a great stay in Tropea!

Disappointed in general. Will not return.

No breakfast was available although they indicate "Bed and Breakfast" which is very misleading. They had a coffee machine in the hotel room but no service for breakfast. The room was clean but very small. The staff was there to greet us but no sign of him after.

The pool was a disappointment. All concrete, no plants or greenery. No parasols and it was forbidden to drink or eat anything by the pool side. The pool itself was not clean. It had brown stains on its walls.

Weekend in Tropea with couple of friends, trying some local food, checking beaches and restaurants.

The room was clean and comfy. All necessary things included. Bathroom was spacey and clean. The hosts were very nice and polite. Highly recommended the place!

Superb

It was a pity that breakfast wasn't within the complex.. Instead it was necessary to walk into the town... I know it is a little complaint but for me, it is very hot and it would be more ideal to have breakfast with in the hotel surroundings.
