Resort Agriturismo Maliandi is outstanding. We ate at the restaurant both nights and it was the best food we had during our trip. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the olive grove and distant mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great service, cozy room, love the olive trees all over
It was really a nice time, got a bit load on Sat night due to a party in the restaurant

The views were absolutely amazing, everywhere you looked it was a postcard. The staff and food were all good
There was no iron available for guests to iron a nice shirt for dinner, no shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo, and there were no handrails going up the stairs so felt a little dangerous at times, and sitting on hay bales whilst wearing $200 pants was not ideal, and I got a splinter from the table so maybe sand it back so it’s smooth and not so rugged.

Best food for the trip, great hosts and a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Great for little day trips around the area or just sitting by the pool.

Amazing view from the terrace!
* Strictly prohibited food from outside in the room.
* Basic breakfast.

Amazing location. Nice room with a great view. Swimming pool is nice. Shower is great. The owners are really nice. From this accomodation you can go to some nice spots in the mountains such as the sammaro caves and Padula.
Breakfast is only yoghurt with cakes. Would be nice if that can be extended with fresh bread and some cheese, eggs, ham, etc.

The Maliandi resort is world class and top notch! The view from our room, with a grand balcony, was stunningly beautiful, perched high above the valley. The grounds were lovingly landscaped with flowers and olive trees. The rooms were immaculate. Our hosts were warm, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was wonderful and there is a restaurant on the premises. Much love has gone into this family business.
Everything exceeded our expectations!

The valley nearby is really beautiful rural and calm. The property has nice olive gardens. The free parking is convenient.
On December it was very cold in the room. There is an A/C but it was not powerful enough to heat the cold room. So we have 16ºC during the night and only got 18º the day after. We decided not to stay for the second night. The hosts need to solve the heating problem, otherwise it is not suitable for winter accommodation.
The place is remote and only reachable by car.
The day of our stay the restaurant on site was not working and it was a disappointment. Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Monday. And there are very few alternative places to eat nearby.
The breakfast is very basic (ham, cheese, toast, cake and coffee) but the funny thing is that it is "a la carte". It was like "bring me please slice of cheese", "bring me slice of ham" etc. The buffet would be much more appropriate so that you can take what you need instead of asking. All in all the breakfast was ok.

San Rufo would not be a major stop on my tour. It’s a quiet place adjacent to a large national park, and we used it as a one night stopover during a long drive from the southern end of Puglia to Sorrento. Maliandi is brand-spanking new and very accommodating. It might have greater appeal during the summer when you can take advantage of the swimming pool. The grounds are pretty, and much of the facility is underutilized (the restaurant is not yet open). On a hill, the views from the room balcony are terrific. In the morning we awoke to a blissful scene of mist shrouding the valley, with the tops of the trees peeking through. Bed is comfy, albeit a tad hard for my taste, and the bathroom and shower are excellent. Quiet abounds. After a long day and drive we opted for the home-cooked dinner, which was fine but a bit overpriced, especially the wine. Breakfast was typical for the region, adequate but not sumptuous. The owner was sweet and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay. Very hospitable staff and comfortable rooms (cleaned daily). The view down in the valley from our room was great. Besides an excellent breakfast you have the option to opt for lunch or diner. There is also a bar for drinks which you can enjoy by the pool. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and provides for a great view on the mountains, the valley below and all the flora around the Agriturismo.
Situated near many (famous) sights and activities and the Cilento national park, there is plenty to see and to do for everyone.
We highly recommend this place. Thank you all for our perfect stay.

Agriturismo Maliandi is a beautiful place, spacious, peaceful and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The place has a Tuscan flavour, good food and service. The refreshing swimming pool has great views over the valley and the mountains. From here you can visit for instance Paestum, the coast, the Cilento Parc and beautiful caves. It's a also good place to stay if you travel further south of Italy.

The breakfast was typical Italian, so perfectly in keeping with the area. The views are amazing
particularly if you have an upstairs accommodation, or if you are at the pool. The hosts are very
amicable and we found their lunchtime and evening meals better than the food from the local
restaurants.
If you are looking for an active nightlife, this is not the place. We however needed a good rest
after 9 months without a break including full on work through Covid. This was the perfect place.

Everything was perfect, Irina and Gabriele are the sweetest hosts and l’agriturismo is beautiful, as much - or even more - than in the pictures. We also loved our diners there. Hopefully we’ll come back soon! Grazie per tutto!

The location of this property is beyond amazing. The views from both the pool and the double room with private balcony are stunning! The house is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but very tasty with fresh, local products from local farms. We absolutely loved to stay here. This is the place to be to completely unwind and relax in nature.
The rooms do not have airconditioning, so can get a little warm during summer. Also because it was unusually hot when we stayed there. You also have to wear a bath cap in the pool, but the location sells them at a very reasonable price.
