A perfect weekend!

Everything about this property was perfect. From the hospitality of the owners, cleanliness, the breakfast, location. Nothing was too much trouble.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Exceptional

A lovely friendly reception, the cooked breakfast was delicious and they even went out of their way to ask if we wanted them to buy in veggie bacon! Excellent location, they have rooms either facing the beach or harbour and we went for the habour which was great fun watching life go by. They also have a new decked area where you can eat & drink in the sun watching the boats :D

Very Relaxing, A Perfect Short Break Away!

The Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfasts were cooked to perfection, lots of choice too!

Exceptional

Great location, good view of the beach at the front and harbour at the back, room 5 very spacious and comfy, everything you need,breakfast was very good, hubby enjoyed his full English and plenty of choice from cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts, fruit juices and tea and coffee, parking was no problem as was given a permit to use, plenty of restaurants , bars and shops within walking distance, Sandra & John made us very welcome, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our Christmas shopping trip

Lovely welcome, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help, on hand when needed and considering the hoists have only taken over the b&b since May, they have done a fantastic job with doing it up, clearly very passionate about looking after there guests. Well done guy's xx

Great location & great hosts - the terrace overlooking the harbour was a major plus

This guest house is in a row of Georgian style guest houses with bay windows. Very attractive. It was well decorated and in a good position at the Western end of the Esplanade away from the busy traffic. It overlooked a small quiet public garden area to the front. We had one of the front bedrooms which was quiet. It had a sea view to the right hand side. At the rear of the property was a terrace which overlooked the harbour. one could take breakfast there or just sit and admire the view. I couldn't think of a more perfect location for a stay in Weymouth. The hosts were most welcoming and helpful. There was a good breakfast available including full English. The coffee was excellent.

The shower/toilet was very small with a sliding door. Personally, I don't like sliding doors to a toilet area.

John and Sandra could not do enough for you, hugely welcoming , fantastic location and views , clean and comfortable with a great breakfast . we were visiting to complete Weymouth Ironman, which involved early starts and bikes being about. all was accommodated . above and beyond.

Fantastic stay! Fun weekend! We would go to Lantana again if we visit Weymouth again!

Great location! it’s between the harbour and the beach so you can enjoy the nice view from both. Sandra and John are extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel like being home. Having homemade breakfast at the terrace on sunny mornings by the harbour is an exceptional great experience and would highly recommend it!

The price is a little bit above our expectation but we understand that this property has one of the best values comparing to other hotels nearby so I guess it’s a general demand and supply thing at Weymouth.

Very good choices of breakfast with an absolutely fantastic location, the lovely owners John and Sandra could not do enough for us and were so friendly. Very comfortable and clean guest house with a lovely room. A lot of attention paid to detail.

I wouldn’t change anything.

Great holiday. John and Sandra were excellent hosts, informative and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the Lantana. Location is excellent and there is everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely be staying there again.

Lovely B&B

Lovely presented B&B with excellent hosts, John and Sandra. Fabulous breakfast and location. Room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. Highly recommend for a perfect b&b by the harbour.

wonderful experience at Lantana

The owners/hosts were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, they made us feel so welcome, breakfast was really nice and with the weather being so good the weekend we had our breakfast out on the terrace over looking the harbour, lovely views, location is perfect.

nothing to dislike, highly recommend staying here.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Jo. location was perfect, room was spotless with a really comfortable bed and the breakfasts were excellent. So much of it and really good food .

An enjoyable stay in a guest house that's a stones throw from the beach and the centre of Weymouth

The Lantana Guest House is ideally situated within Weymouth, with a plethora of great quality restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The guest house itself was very comfortable, the owners extremely welcoming and the breakfasts outstanding, we had a really enjoyable few days.
