The accommodation is fine; there are some issues with the owner.

It was good that the accommodation was in a quiet place. As promised, there was parking, although it was not private, as we parked on the street and the sidewalk. There was no issue with the accommodation's amenities in terms of value for money.

When we arrived, our host informed us that we needed to pay a 100 euro security deposit, which was a bit unusual, but we agreed. However, after that, they told us we had to pay an additional 40 euros for cleaning. This cleaning didn't mean they would clean every day or provide us with fresh towels; it meant cleaning the place when we checked out. This was a bit uncomfortable because it wasn't mentioned anywhere on Booking.com when we made the reservation, but we paid it anyway. However, when we checked out, the host commented that even though we paid, we could have tidied up a bit and done the everyday cleaning ourselves. I'd like to quietly mention that there was no broom in the accommodation, and we didn't leave a mess behind. We took out the trash, did the dishes, and left the beds made; we just needed to sweep... I think if they already took 40 euros from us for cleaning, they could have at least done that much.
