We were visiting our daughter and her roommates about a mile to the south.
The location was perfect.
This older home met our needs. No complaints.

The place worked out OK for us, but wasn't particularly comfortable. Check-in communications were incomplete (off-street parking not described, no TV instructions, etc.). Air conditioning was marginal and window coverings interfered with them (and did not keep out the morning sun). There were several uncovered gaps around the air conditioning. The drier vent had fallen off and had a hole in it so that when re-attached it still vented into the room. More information about the town and amenities would have been helpful. The entryway smelled of urine. This was probably OK for some young folks, but not us old folks.

Mom and I had a great stay. Clean sweet place. Everything there we could ask for. The young kids above us were so quiet also. We were treated to a nearby fireworks show we could view from the back porch. The washer/dryer was also a plus. Would recommend this historic house.

While this property was clean, it was in an older two apartment house. If someone is using the upstairs unit you will definitely hear them. Several electrical outlets need covers, not recommended for someone with a child. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had modern amenities.

Great location on a quiet street
We enjoyed the size and location of the property very much. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet. Off-street parking was appreciated, too. The kitchen was well-equiped. The apartment was clean, but the finishing details are rough (missing baseboards, things like that). But despite that, I would stay there again.

Great price but you get what you pay for
It was nice to have off street parking. The place was nice but minimal. If it had been warmer, the A/C would not have kept the place cool. The refridgerator needs to be replaced because when you close the bottom door, the freezer door opens a little on its own and if you're not paying attention, the fridge runs all the time as a result. The king bed was comfortable, no batteries in the electronic candles but didn't need them. Did not use any cooking appliances or anything. Kitchen had no chairs at the table. Very minimalistic. The huge TV was wonderful but would have been nice to have some kind of channel directory. I was on the lower level of a duplex and every time someone walked up or down the stairs to the second level, it was quite loud. I would definately stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. Very easy to get to from where I was coming from. Good communication with the manager...polite and helpful.
