Traveled for a wedding, would absolutely stay here again.
Property was beautiful. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and felt high quality. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower. Couch was large and comfortable

Terrible customer service… as usual! Not the first for us and I can tell you we WON’T be staying again!
Clean, convenient location
Breakfast was not very good and attendant was not welcoming and cheerful. Would have been great to have coffee/tea after a long drive and late arrival to the property. After leaving the pool area, my husband,son and I were stuck in the elevator due to the fact that it broke down while we were in there. My son was very scared by the situation and our teenage son whom was waiting for us in the room had no idea as to where we had gone! We had to call for help from the elevator ( of whom was either the elevator company’s dispatcher or a 911 dispatcher) and they instructed us on a few things to reset the elevator… of which did not work. They instructed us to continue to press the alarm and they were going to contact the hotel to let them know the situation. They did finally let us know through the intercom that an elevator mechanic was 25 minutes out. We were in the middle of having the dispatch contact our teenage son (bc we were at the pool for a quick swim and did not take our phones.. big mistake) when miraculously the door opened. We were stuck in the elevator at least 20-30 mins that seemed like an eternity but were all good in the end. Here’s where my rating “goes south👎”. Just like in good ol’ Marriott fashion NOT ONE person from the hotel checked on our family following that traumatic experience! Upon check out I waited for the team member to ask how my stay was and after she was reading whatever notations were on our account for 10 mins she reluctantly asked about our stay. When I responded that it really was not great mainly bc of the elevator situation (and that’s all I said) she responded with “yeah that would freak me out too!) What? A nights stay covered by Marriott YES that would have been great but the least you could have done would been call our room to see if we were ok, acknowledge the inconvenience of the matter to us in the morning… something! Again, in Marriott fashion to keep things very hush-hush and pretend it doesn’t happen.

Very good
It was right off the highway and convenient to get home. One of the kids like the pool.
The handle on the bathroom door was broke. The trundle bed was not comfortable for anyone.
