Exceptional view of the town hall.
4th floor apartment without lift.
Balcony spinning on the whole apartment.
Entrance. Independent toilet. Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, fruit press, kettle, coffee maker ... Dining room and lounge (45 m2) with TV, DVD player. Bathroom (shower) and WC, scales and hair dryer. 1st bedroom: 140x190 bed. 2nd bedroom: 140x190 bed with wall-mounted television. Small office with wifi. Possibility cot and high chair.

Pay garage at the foot of the building.
Travel: easy for bicycles: possibility of hiring: Vélam.
Shops nearby (excellent bakery).
Main sites to visit (cathedral, belfry, circus, Jules Verne house, hortillonnages ... are within walking distance from the apartment.
The pedestrian zone makes trips safe, you can go shopping with all brand stores. Cinema and train station are at the end of the pedestrian street.
In the evening, the trendy district is in St Leu and along the Somme.

We live in a very quiet building, we rely on you to respect the tranquility of the inhabitants.

Very clean and spacious property. Had everything we needed. Excellent view of the City Hall once we had mastered the stairs. Secure Parking €13. Near to all facilities.

We loved staying in this apartment right in the heart of everything in Amiens and easy to drive out from the city to sites around the area! The owners are lovely. The apartment is a true home - comfortable with all that you could need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Stunning!

We had a simply magical weekend in this beautiful property. Fabulous location and so much to see and do very close by. We will be back for another visit. Our boys 6 & 8 loved exploring the city on their scooters and we enjoyed some lovely meals in the sunshine. The markets were excellent and none of us wanted to go home.

Modern apartment in the heart of Amiens, with great hosts!

Jacque and Hélène were wonderful hosts. They communicated well and welcomed us upon our arrival. They even shared some of their homemade apple juice with us. The apartment is in the center of Amiens, close to restaurants and stores and just a short walk from the cathedral, which is amazing, and Jules Verne house. We never needed our car after we arrived. The stairs did not bother us, but may be a consideration for some. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four. We highly recommend it.

Warm, welcoming, ideal location for all we hoped to see in our four-day visit

More than we expected, Jacques and Helene were there to greet us and help with luggage and show us around their apartment. Apple juice from their orchard as well as wine and some snacks were an unexpected and welcome extra along with the information about the WW1 Australian troops in the area. Restaurants, shops and attractions were all very easy to get to by foot. The apartment was very well appointed and roomy. It was no problem for us but the 4th storie without an elevator may be a challenge for some.

Lovely clean and modernised apartment in the very heart of the town of Amiens. 5 minutes walk to the splendid Cathedral and the Somme river. Worth having sundowners on the balcony facing a setting sun to the West! Look out for the many wall murals around the centre to Commonwealth troops who liberated Amiens during the Great War. Amongst Us!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön stilvoll eingerichtet. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Rathaus und kommt in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns mit Sekt empfangen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung!

L ´appartement est magnifique. C´était une expérience parfaite. L´appartement d´un cotê, Jacques et sa femme de l´autre ont été adorables. L´appartement est très confortables, bien situé, propre. Le couple nous a reçu avec des fruits frais, de l´eau fraîche, du jus et du vin. Qu´est-ce qu´on peut dire de plus? que c´était la meilleure location vacance de ma vie. The property was everything that we hoped for. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything that we needed was included. Even champagne! Our hostess even made us a wonderful snack and left it in the refrigerator for us.

The property was clean, well-maintained, well furnished and spacious. The photo on the website was a bit misleading as it gives the impression that the apartment is part of what is actually the Civic Hall whereas it is across the road above shops and other apartments. Mr and Mrs Boche were really helpful and with the aid of google translate, were able to explain housekeeping etc. I'd recommend the apartment to any one. Amiens is relaxed and well connected by train. The bars and restaurants are very similar and likewise the food. Don't expect French cuisine but if you like a good burger, you're in the right town.

From the moment we booked, Jacques and Helen were attentive to our needs, from recommending & booking a restaurant for New Year's Eve (that turned out to be just fantastic!), to meeting us at the apartment, explaining everything & leaving us apple juice, chocolates & champagne! They were delightful hosts, despite the language barrier but I think our 'school' French was understood! The apartment was lovely with spacious, airy & bright rooms & an amazing balcony giving 180 degree views of the charming city. It is right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants & attractions so extremely convenient, but make sure you're feeling fit to mount the four flights of circular stairs to the apartment but the apartment & the views are well worth it!

I would strongly recommend this apartment and the hosts to anyone. They went out of their way to help us, booking a lovely restaurant for us for New Years Eve - Bistro Du Boucher, that far exceeded our expectations. Description of the apartment was very accurate. Car parking was easy & exactly as they advised us. Location could not be better and the balconies (on two sides) are a real bonus. Carrefour 50m away is also a real bonus. They have lots of leaflets of things to do (we did the walk around St Leu, which was great). They also provide a guide to the apartment & services in English, which was great. They have many films, that you can watch in English or French & with or without subtitles. Kitchen equipment great & so are the restaurants - you can't go wrong. The only thing I would say is to remember you are on the fourth floor with no lift ... but it's good exercise after all the meals out!

We would highly recommend Helene and Jacques apartment in Amiens, France as a holiday destination. It is ideally situated in the centre of town close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Many historical venues of interest close by. The apartment is exceptionally well appointed with new appliances and a tasteful renovation. The owners met us on arrival and provided information and maps in English detailing places of interest to visit. We were very impressed when a magnificent aperitif and champagne was provided as a welcome gesture. Close to train and bus this apartment is outstanding.
