Very nice and we'll run accommodations. Room was good size, clean, good security, good wifi, has netfix. Check in was easy. My room even had a nice view of city
Hot water in shower was a bit challenging but it worked.

The privacy was solid throughout the stay: the staff only was there to give me the keys and explain the accommodation. Otherwise, the staff was really a ghost or out of the way. Check out was also very simple.
The room itself offered no ventilation system: therefore the room got really hot during the day. The location itself is on a hill and all other activities were below the hill: so expect a walk to return to the habitation.

Nice staff, good location. Clean and comfortable bed. Netflix available. I could stay late on the day of my check out. Thanks!
wifi not so great. Thought there were a common kitchen but no.

Clean comfortable room
Responsive friendly proprietor, though no english
Good value for money
Check-in not clear, but worked out ok.( needed to go to beautician in the property which was not explained
Many many many flights of stairs ( approx 8) no lift or assistance

I thought a lot of leaving a review but I think it's always worth to leave a review so that businesses can improve.
First the good aspects
The room was spacious and the location was fairly central just 5 minutes to main square walking
There was hot water in the shower and 3 towels provided. WiFi was working well.
I briefly met one of the staff members the next day and was very friendly and welcoming
Price was very low which impacts the value for money especially if you are travelling on a budget
I feel that hygiene is a fundamental aspect of being a host equally as having a bed in the room for example. Hygiene shouldn't be a subject to a low.or high price. It's not a luxury, it is a necessity. On the floor there were plastic pieces of a cover which made me question whether the floor was cleaned in the first place. On the bedsheet there were hair although they appeared cleaned however it's an instant question when you find hair of other people on your pillow
2/3 towels had small red and black stains on them and around the bathroom mirror there were trimmed hair. For me, coming from a healthcare background all these feel uncomfortable when I'm staying to a place other people might be ok with it.
On the day of arrival there is a self check in process and the door needs a bit of playing around to open but nothing major. There is no sense of hospitality in terms of getting info about the city etc. For me this is not a problem but other people might appreciate this little detail
Finally, on day of arrival received a message saying that I should consider what I booked for before making a review to avoid confusions that could lead to bad reviews.although, j understand that many times people do leave bad reviews that don't reflect reality or just having expectations that don't much what they chose for, I find this unnecessary as we are all adults and we can decide for ourselves. Especially, when something fundamental as hygiene is on an average (at best) level you should be cautious of directing visitors review's.

The room is spacious and clean. Towels are provided. There is also a tv with Netflix. The host is very friendly, and he let us use the washing machine for free. The neighborhood is quiet and so is the room. There are groceries and restaurants nearby. It is a 15/20min walk to the central market region. Very good value for money in Loja
Everything perfect

Good location, quick response from staff, all in all good value for money. Smart TV and free laundry (although the clothes didn't wash very well and there was no dryer)
Unfortunately our room did not have self catering facilities, which we feel could've been advertised a bit clearer, the shower was cold and sheets could have been cleaner

big room
hot shower
ok for short stay
it’s simply just rooms above the spa
the area still in construction, but I hear no noise

Great location. Not expensive. Comfortable beds
there is no reception, and I didn't get any instructions for how to check in. Spend 30 mins outside the house and eventually be able to check in. I wish the host could give specific instructions on how to check in

Reasonable price and location.
It smelt very musty.

It was clean and the location was perfect very walk able . host provided three blankets ** Note before you book the owner/ manager will answer you right away but is not on site and there is a nice guide book in the room with places to eat and places to visit. I love the amount of towels and hand soap ,I normally bring my own just in case . The room looks exactly how it appears in the picture and has table, chairs , and TV.
This was a great location but because it was a major holiday it was hard to find food to eat . Even to order food on food apps was a problem only a few places were open , A refrigerator and a microwave would be an added plus in these types of circumstances . I live in Ecuador on the coast and you can at least find places open to eat during carnival .I didn't have the option to buy food at the supermarket because ,there was no were to keep it cold or cook it . The hot water in shower never worked despite having the electric shower head attached .There is a washer on site but no dryer , hair dryer or fan to dry your clothes. So if you come you will have to hang them outside to dry. This is normal for Ecuador. The problem was it was cold and raining outside so I didn't have that option. It would have been nice to have a tea pot to make coffee or tea ,because it was freezing cold in the room and but the three blankets did help.

The property was quiet at night yet a short walk from the city center. It's very private. The owner was very helpful and accomodating.
The building is a bit strange with a weird layout. However, the room itself was very large and comfortable and the strange layout of the building didn't detract from the enjoyment of my stay.

Clean, good bed, hot water, strong internet.
The soccer players were there until 11:15 pm. I expected them to finish at 10pm. But I put my headphones on. It was no problem really and I was warned ahead of time.

This apartment is my home away from home. If you like to cook your own meals, then this is the perfect place for you. The kitchen has a stove, a refrigerator, a sink and all the pot, pans, plates, cups, and all the kitchen utensils you need. There is also a television which supplies Netflix programming in Spanish .

The apartment was very big and comfortable and inexpensive. It was well worth the low price for a one week stay.
It has a kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, and a sink. Also included are pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils for cooking and eating. I cooked 75% of my meals there and save a lot of money.
It is located two blocks away from a major hospital and four blocks away from one of the main plazas of Loja. There are mini-markets, bakeries, pizza restaurants and ATM machines within two blocks for the apartment.
The sheets, blankets, and pillow cases smelled strange to me, so I brought them all to a local laundry service to get them washed. After I solved this problem, everything else went well.

The owner was lovely and I got a great massage from his brother...
The location was perfect, bed comfortable and this was great value for money and really peaceful.
A constant bathroom smell which didn't go away. Also it was a bit basic and threadbare with no comfortable sofas or chairs but for that price you can't expect much more. Also the plastic plates were not up to much.
