This 5BR/5BA Windsor Hills Resort Home is located only three miles from Disney's Main Gate; and access to shops, supermarkets, and entertainment are within one mile.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first level:

- Yellow Queen; yellow hall bathroom
- Blue Star Wars Two Twin and One Twin Trundle; blue ensuite bathroom

We started for a long Labor Day and we're impressed by the community amenities and house. Plenty of space, our own pool, and access to a resort style pool. Perfect for our family gathering.

This is property has the perfect location. My family was close to all of the attractions. The younger ones enjoyed the private pool and going to larger pool/ water park on property. There was something for everyone. I also enjoyed the amount of space the house had.

Our family has stayed in this community a few times and this is the first time in this house. The proximity to the community pool was great - far enough way for privacy but close enough for a short walk. The house had everything we needed, and the layout was perfect for a big family (4 adults, including two grandparents and 3 boys). We had one or two minor issues but the manager resolved these immediately, so we were really happy with the quick resolution - we’ve stayed in other spots were issues haven’t been resolved. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be looking to book here again on our next trip.

We had a blast at Jolly Delight. Couldn’t get the girls out of the pool even to go to Disney World. We were fortunate to be able to hike through Disney on record heat days, probably lost 5 lbs each! Still a once in a lifetime trip experiencing the world through 5 and 7 year old eyes again. Great managers. Only wishes - a 9x13 casserole dish for family dinners and a heads up before hand on the ice situation.

Everything about the property was top notch. Location was awesome for visiting Disney parks! Plenty of room for all 7 of us! Clean and nice amenities in the neighborhood! Would stay here again for sure!

Where do I start?? This villa was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florida. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party, it worked for all of us. The house is perfectly laid out, beautifully decorated, in a perefct position for Disney and all parks/shopping and all the management, especially Jenni and Paul, were fantastic!! 100% recommend this poperty to anyone wanting a fantastic holiday in Florida.

Exactly what we wanted. A nice house with 5’ bedrooms and bathrooms and pool. That would accommodate us all. And where we could all be together but with enough space to chill and relax. Also With the added benefit of being close to the parks and the Windsor hills resort pool.

The property was perfect for our family! All 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor space and outdoor space was well maintained and accommodating. The kids LOVED the game room! This will be our first choice when we return to the area!

This house was centrally located to lots of attractions, but yet the home was quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed just staying home and relaxing in the beautiful outdoor pool and patio area.

The neighborhood is secure and very well maintained. Love the big TV and soft sheets in the house! Appliances all new. Property manager was responsive-worked quickly with owner to replace broken coffee maker. House is very close to castle playground and the community pool. We did not like the lack of privacy on the patio sliding door (no curtains/blinds). The pool area has trees and dirt nearby so it was hard to keep it clean. Could use some pool maintenance (loose bricks and a leak). The cleaning could improve as we dealt with ants and had to clean bathrooms ourselves soon after arrival.

This 5 bedroom, 5 bath house was perfect for our family. The location was so convenient with it being near the Disney parks. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfy beds and cute decorations. The house was clean. The pool and hot tub were heated and so convenient to have in the backyard. There was a heated community pool, but the water slides and splash pad were not heated so extremely cold in Jan. My only issue with this property was some things weren't working... the ice machine, K-cup side of the coffee machine and microwave didn't work. I called the property manager, and he gave us a counter microwave but wasn't able to fix the coffee maker or ice machine. Hopefully these things get fixed soon for the next guests because rest of the place was awesome!

Great location near all Disney parks. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Property manager was responsive on questions we had. One tip, use the shortcut through Sherberth Road to get to parks. We found it to be the quickest way to and from all the parks.

We have stayed many times at Windsor Hills and the complex never disappoints. This home was particularly nice and spacious for our group of nine. Great place to relax after a long day at Disney parks, very convenient to access the parks and close to Walmart, restaurants, etc. The owner was very responsive, flexible, and just generally helpful in answering questions.

The house was beautifully decorated with classy Disney decor and was a short drive from the Disney parks. We had plenty of room to spread out on our extended family stay with each of us having our own space to retreat to. The common areas were well sized for when we were all together. Our family enjoyed our stay; in fact, it was practically perfect!

Great house! 5 bedrooms with 5 baths was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. House is beautifully decorated. The community pool was perfect for the kids, especially the 5 year-old twins. The commute to all the parks was so easy. Would definitely return here!

Beautiful home but showing some signs of wear. Had issue with very warm pool that was difficult to fix along with some minor issues that were to be fixed after we left. But overall a great place to stay and would certainly go back to Windsor Hills!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s our 3rd time staying in Windsor Hills and this house was the best. The house was beautifully decorated in Disney theme and had lots of extra fun for the kids at the pool (floats, swim toys, etc…) The owner was so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We were hesitant to stay off Disney property, but it turned out great! Really good location, there was traffic we ran into every evening, so just anticipate that. 20 minutes to get to EPCOT, animal kingdom, and Hollywood. Door to park to magic kingdom was the longest, about 45 minutes, but that’s including parking, taking the monorail, and getting inside. The house itself was very nice, very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and was perfect for our two families including a baby and three other kids aged 5-9. The pool was well kept and so fun, the kids and adults loved it. There is minimal household supplies, so plan on a trip to the nearby Walmart (5 minutes) or Target. The pool tv didn’t work and dryer took awhile to dry the clothes. But really overall wonderful, great communication, felt safe, great house and location. Would definitely stay here again! Book it now!!

Despite a couple hiccups (mostly our fault), this was the best stay! House is awesome and just as described. Quick communication and great service. We always stay in Windsor Hills for Disney trips but now we’ll want to stay at Jenni’s every time! Already looking at availability … :) You’ll love it - just book!

We loved our stay at this home. It was impeccably clean and just as advertised in the photos. The communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. The location is super close to Disney and the surrounding area. My six year old daughter loved the pool. I highly recommend this house! Hope to be back sometime in the future!!

The house was clean and as described, perfect for our girls get away. There was easy access to stores, restaurants and parks. The pool was great and so relaxing the first day we arrived. The owner answered all questions in extremely timely manner and even offered great recommendations for the local area. The stay was near perfect. The only recommendation I might make is to prepare in advance that the amenities left such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and small trash bags are only 1 per item. 3 of the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper during our stay and 2 of them ran out late at night our second night which resulted in a late night visit to Walmart. Again, not a big deal at all as our whole stay was magical but just something to prepare for. Maybe if visiting the store when you arrive you get some extra toilet paper to be prepared. Everything else was wonderful!
