Relax next to the sparkling, private heated/cooling pool (86 degrees all year long) or enjoy our 6 person hot tub with your favorite cocktail while watching the sun set behind the mountains and listening to the calming waters of Lake Arrowhead! This vacation home is brilliantly decorated, new furnishings and fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy either a family get-away, or a vacation with your friends. Dining options are plentiful....stay in and prepare a gourmet meal in the well-stocked, island kitchen and enjoy dinner in the spacious eating area or more formal dining room .....barbecue and dine outside and enjoy the patio or dock dining....or visit one of the first class restaurants within blocks. Your taste-buds will surely be satisfied. Home is equipped with a Kinetico Water Softening & Sanitizer System with Bio-Pure water filtration system at kitchen sink and refrigerator. No need for bottled water and your showers will be with soft water that doesn't dry your skin out like typical Arizona water.

Sleeping accommodations include 3 bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom and full bath on the main level. The king primary suite with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area and breathtaking mountain and lake views has its own full bath with shower and soaking tub. Sharing a full bath are a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with one queen bed and one full double bed. For those who prefer main floor sleeping arrangements, a queen bedroom and full bath are also located on the main level. The fifth bed is the (new) Living Room Queen Sofa Sleeper. All bedrooms include flat panel televisions.

Your vacation home has easy access to the State Farm Cardinal Stadium, Waste Management Golf Open, Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate, Lake Pleasant Marina and Scottsdale. Both beginner and experienced hiking trails, state-of-the-art water park and multiple scenic golf courses are also within minutes of your front door. You will feel like you are secluded in your own private lake and mountain enclave, when in fact you are only minutes away from everything you could possibly want to do!

For those evenings you just want to relax at home, enjoy a well-equipped game room with pool table and flat screen tv to watch your favorite sporting event. Or if a movie is more your preference for the night, a flat panel HDTV mounted above the fireplace in the family room is the perfect place for friends and family to gather and unwind. And no day is complete without a leisurely cruise on your own private pontoon boat at sunset...conveniently docked out your back door. There is also a fire pit to gather around during the cooler evenings. Your home-away-from-home is the perfect place to get away and relax!

Easy check-in!! Our week was amazing in this beautiful home. Many memories were made! The home was close to everything we needed; hiking trails, shopping/groceries, restaurants, and other outdoor activities. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. This is one of the BEST VRBO homes we have ever stayed in, from the pool/hot tub, lake/mountain views, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, relaxing feel, and ease of communication with owner…….we will be back and highly recommend this home for your next vacation to Arizona.

This place was as advertised. The pictures described it perfectly. Great place to stay with our friends for the weekend for a bachelorette party. It was a ways away from Scottsdale area but overall it was easy to get to and from location with ease.

House totally exceeded our expectations. One of the best stocked (kitchenware, towels, pool floats, etc) VRBO we have stayed in. I would not hesitate to stay again and/or recommend to family and friends. Thank you Don and Teresa!

House was nice with a few issues. Info indicated pool maintenance is Tuesday but they arrived unannounced Friday afternoon. One bath towel had a red stain. I didn’t report either as both were minor. I did ask a question regarding an upstairs bathroom water temp, which was resolved. Upon my return, I received a text asking to explain why we didn’t follow instructions and left the home a mess. We started a load of towels and dishwasher, stripped all bedding, emptied all garbages, cleaned up the backyard by putting all pool toys away and cleared outside tables. We didn’t take out recycling as there was no outside container for recycling. We filled the small inside recycling container and stacked remaining items in a box next to the container. I broke down other boxes stacked them on the dryer. Two personal vehicles were in the garage, therefore I didn’t enter to leave recycling near the vehicles. We left food in the refrigerator and on the counter in the event housekeeping could use it. We did not put the cover on the boat as we had a hard time with it and didn’t want to damage. Cleaners were coming at 10am and would be addressed. We felt the cleaning fee was plenty to cover removing our recycling and food. Many food items were unopened and could have been left with the other food in the home when we arrived. He accused us of breaking a chair, which was untrue. The property is not worth dealing with the host. Many other nicer properties without untrue host accusations.

This location in Glendale fitted us perfectly as we had a graduation in the area. The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean. Had lots of outdoor seating and the use of the boat to cruise around was an added bonus. We truly enjoyed staying at this home which had plenty of room for our whole family. We all would highly recommend!

The property is absolutely stunning. The entire neighborhood is just wonderful. So happy to have come during holidays. Everyone has their homes decorated for the holidays. The lights reflected in the lake. Many people quietly pontooning in the evenings to take in the views. Our home was very spacious. Kitchen, well appointed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, heated pool, and relaxing by the fire pits. The master bedroom suite was very large with lots of natural light and overlooked the lake. I felt like I was in a resort. Beds were very comfortable. Our house was full. Full of family and friends and lots of laughter. Would definitely love to come back here. Excellent communication with our host and very clear check in and check out instructions. Zero disappointments here. Thank you so much.

A surprise 50th birthday party was the reason for our trip. Everything well amazing. The house was the perfect size with the right amount of places for groups to hang out. The pool, hot tub and pontoon were all enjoyed. The host was prompt with answering any questions we had.

this home had something for all 3 generations that stayed here. the kids loved the swimming pool and fishing off the dock, the men enjoyed the pool table and my favorite was cruising on the pontoon boat through the beautiful neighborhood.

Repeat guests...and same outstanding property! We enjoyed Thanksgiving with extended family. The upgrades to the outdoor space were appreciated as we spent time watching home sports teams on TV outside (staying warm by the fire), while others could gather indoors and do their own thing. House was very clean, hosts attentive. This property is one of our favorites!

We have several extended family members living in the area, so we were all within 10 minutes of each other. The weather was perfect for us northerners getting a break from the winter, high 60's-70. We hiked all over Thunderbird Conservation Park located right behind the housing development, enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and piloted the pontoon boat daily. The layout is great with so many different areas to hang out. We all very much enjoyed our stay in our "home away from home".

A quick getaway to escape the snow. This property was as the pictures showed: beautiful. The pool and boat were hits with the kids and adults, while there was plenty of room to spread out. Close to some nearby hikes as well. Overall, it was a great stay.

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving week. We had a fabulous time, the property was clean, spacious, and we had a blast! The pool was heated and the hot tub ready to go! We had 70° weather and used both of them during our stay. The washer and dryer were a bonus so we could do laundry in between our day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. There are so many great restaurants in the Phoenix and Glendale area, I wish I had more time to explore them all. This house was a perfect place for our family to be together during the Thanksgiving holiday and explore Arizona. thank you, Don and Teresa, for sharing your home with us.

Came to Arizona for a wedding and stayed for an additional week. This area was so beautiful with the water and mountains. House was spacious and in good shape. Furniture was a little worn, beds were ok, not the most comfortable I’ve slept in. But we made due. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, ice maker for cold drinks, brand new gas grill, Everyone had enough space to spread out. House was in a great location, very quiet area.
